I had issues with my previous agent and transferred my account here. I received a letter from State Farm regarding an issue with the uninsured motorist policy on a vehicle. I called the office, (sorry, I can't remember who answered the phone) and this lady had every answer I needed, up front, without hesitation, with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I am so glad I switched.

I love this place! Calls are answered by a person so you don't have to go through a series of automated prompts to get to a live human being. The agents are helpful and professional. I just called to get insurance switched to a different vehicle fully prepared to be on the phone for a while. The lady that answered the phone took care of it in less than five minutes. Long term customer here!

Absolutely super kind and nice people they check up on you to make sure you are happy. I just want to give a super amazing professional thanks to Lydia she has handled all of my transactions, and my concerns she is the sweetest most hardworking person I have ever talk to and she always made sure I can understand what's going on with my insurance if I have concerns. She absolutely deserves a raise or something because she is outstanding I don't know what I would have done without her. The only thing I would have to say that somewhat frustrating is just how the prices fluctuate, but other than that

Do NOT get insurance through this company. They seemed great and had the best prices in town. Then I tried to transfer out of state to another state Farm and I called to make sure I was up to date and didn't… owe them any money so I could transfer and they told me I owed them $100 so I paid it. A month later when I try to pay my new agent they say that Carlos Gonzalez branch says I owe them $200 and the bill was generated immediately after I called to make sure I didn't owe them anything. All the bill says is I owe 1 installment of $100 and another installment of $200 but they claimed I
