Services
Our RV Park rules enable a safe and pleasurable stay at our facility for all patrons. We appreciate your full cooperation. Rent and Electric Bill is due on 1st of the month for all monthly tenants. Rent and Electric Bill not received by 9 PM on the 2nd will be charged a $25 late fee and $5 late fee for every day thereafter.

My husband has been here since November. Great rates, extremely polite, and they do enforce quiet times! Aside from the train, the only issue we have encountered is wifi failure occasionally, but it doesn't affect the stay or property! The gate is a major plus as it is added protection for our RV, his truck and our kids when we come to visit! As I stated prior, aside from the train horn, its a quiet little RV park and my husband has enjoyed it and the kids and I enjoy it when we come down!

Worst rv park I have ever been in.. owner is very disrespectful and doesn’t know how to take responsibility for his actions ,he kicked us out for no reason we were having trouble with the electricity post it was not working even the manager knew and admitted it wasn’t working but he didn’t want to take responsibility then told us our rv was the one that burned it and that we had to pay $300 for it .how is that possible ? I don’t know but whatever we are never returning there again do not recommend

We have lived here for 7+ years since 2011 (2nd time), been through three owners but lived here prior when it was a mobile home park in the early 90's. Rent has stayed the same the park is a nice quiet park besides the train. The roadway was bad, but no pot holes and pebble driveways mostly. We use to have basic cable no cable now, Wifi is slow. No manager on site but he lives across town at other RV Park , very nice. Laundry room has new washers/dryers. Owners trying to upgrade as permitted. Neighbors are very nice and polite, we visit regularly.

Let me just start off by saying I had somewhat high hopes about this place... I have rented the main home on the their property for almost a year now... My impression of the management and owner has declined since I moved in. I would be lying if I said that there wasn't a laundry list of issues with this property - faulty water lines, power wanes if there is a strong storm, various Rodentia (field mice) throughout several of their rental homes and trailers - the list goes on. I have had a dishwasher, vent hood and oven that has never worked- and will not be repaired by the MGMT; I also had mold

A place our dogs felt at home! We keep close supervision on our four legged family, the manager showed us where they can run free. As long as the dogs are happy, we are happy!
Plus, we did have a little electric issue on our side as soon as we arrived, and the Manager was very helpful. Sure am glad that he is the manager! There are some RVer's there that throw bones in yard, but as longs as you watch your dog, all is good! Great place though!

We evacuated for hurricane Laura. Leaving in a hurry and hauling an rv can be very stressful but the owner was very kind and hospitable, which made booking the stay and the whole process very pleasant. Our neighbors (who had to leave for the storm also) decided to stay here upon our recommendation. They too, expressed how nice the park was, especially the owner and the grounds keeper. Most importantly to us, the park is very shady and is pet friendly. We have 2 Rottweilers and we were welcomed and treated fairly, which is not always the case in many parks.
