Services
Sugar Valley RV Resort also has the Sugar Valley Convenience Store located on the premises. The store also serves as the office for the RV Park. We offer a lil bit of everything in case you forgot something at home or don't want to run to "town" to get that little item. We carry fountain drinks, cold beverages in the cooler, bagged ice, toiletries, grilling items, chips, snacks, cigarettes & tobacco.

Spacious sites with lots of grass and trees. Great customer service! Clean shower houses and laundry. Nice BBQ grills near a shady ramada. Fun half court for the kiddos to a shoot some hoops. The store has RV supplies, food staples, ice, wine, beer, smokes, and variety of drinks/snacks at a good price. Propane dispensing at a good rate.

We were at this park for a little over 2 months for a job. The people in the office were awesome and were happy to help with anything. The sites are spaced good and the park is very peaceful. I love all the big oak trees. If I had one complaint I would say the electric is a little high and the weekly rate is not cheap lol but definitely wont keep me from coming back if we are ever in that area again. I highly recommend this park .

Plenty of room, not all jammed up to the trailer next to you. Concrete pads for trailer and truck parking. All the grass is mowed regular and trimmed around your trailer. Nice laundry room and bath house and a convenience store onsite. Also have propane filling station and reasonably priced. Real nice folks that manage the place. Monthly rate is about an average rate, there are cheaper places around and a couple that are higher in price. Some lots have nice shade trees and others without if you'd prefer not to be under a tree. Looks like there may be a few permanent residence but all are kept up

Very friendly staff, know your name the next day. Clean and quiet. Small laundromat, also a bigger one about 5 minutes away. Bay City close with all the big stores and food. Nice lots and a lot of green areas for dogs. Paved roads and padded spots for your trailer. Store and ATM on sight and able to get mail of any kind. Can bring your golf cart and the scenery around is beautiful. Very appreciative for the staff.

Great place to stay! The staff is super friendly and does an amazing job at helping with whatever you need! The park is clean and well kept as are the laundry mat & shower houses. They have an on site convenience store and they keep a lot of essentials stocked! The sites are good sized, we have a 43' 5th wheel and we are able to park it and two vehicles with no problem! Plus the yards have plenty of room for the kids to play! I would highly recommend this park if you are ever in the area!

Update: if I could give 10 stars, I would!! We had work in the area AGAIN. We chose to stay here again. Everything was still the same!!!
We stayed here while working in the area. The lots are big and have lots of grass. The rent was reasonable, too. I felt safe here.
The reason for the 5 stars is the staff. They were all so friendly and super helpful!! They quickly learn your name. They would even call me to let me know I had a package.

One the first RV's here. Going on 6 months, I love it. washer and dryer on site (4 of each) Clean bathrooms, all individual and locking. They have a store on site that makes great at a reasonable price food. All the staff is lovely and beautiful. The best part is there is the sweetest lady who offers laundry service, who brings it to your door.
