We have privacy fencing on three sides and are well lit and have concrete through out the park and on RV sites as well. We have concrete driveways with parking for multiple vehicles and have sites that can accommodate rigs up to 52 feet in length. We also offer all modern RV amenities such as Wifi, Laundry, Free sewer, water and trash.

So the place is ran by a drunk manager on site.. when we moved in we had people all around us walking through our yard like it was a side walk so we asked them not to do that and to use the street around us. It is a rule and common courtesy not to walk through RV sites if someone is staying in it. Anyway the manager told me that people can do as they please and walk though my yard if they want. I told him how dangerous that could be for people around other people stuff and their dogs that are on leashes. He then told me that if he walks through my yard and my dog (that is on a leash) bites him

Hate to have to leave. This is an amazing park and definitely number one on my list if I ever come back this way for work again. Very quiet and Gordon does an amazing job at keeping the sites well maintained. He is always around and if you need something he is right on it. This park I highly recommend!!!!!

Short Version: They don't honor reservations even when you call a month ahead and leave them and a hundred dollar deposit. Then they will threaten to tow your RV and sue you for stealing their utilities if you question them about it.

Good road and parking. WiFi is NOT great or fast! At all... I was quoted one price then a higher one when I got here. And I'm not sure about this kwh electricity rate thing. I'm 99% sure they're considering themselves an electricity provider here and making money on other people's work. But, shady's what you get when you rent sometimes.

I stayed here while working for bout 6 months. The manager, Gordon, is possibly one of the most easy-going guys I've met. He is really good at looking out for you so you don't forget when rent is due and he seems to make himself available moreso than any other park manager I've seen. All in all, this was a really quiet and enjoyable place to stay. No crime and no drama. If I ever work out there again I will definitely be looking to see if this place has a vacant lot.

Nice RV park, all paved road throughout park. Concrete parking for the RV and your auto. Never have to step off the concrete and track into your RV. Nice clean laundry room and bathhouse also. WiFi worked well too. Only downfall I seen was the wkly rate was high. Being in construction work you don't always know exactly when you might be leaving and if you have to pay wkly in 2 wks time you have paid for a monthly stay. If you pay for a month and then finish up a wk later, no refund.

We stayed here for a month and hated every moment. Our truck was broken into on 05/05/17 and was brought to our attention by the police after noticing our truck door was left open at 3:30 am. Come to find out, the guy across from us had his drivers side window bashed in and has his wallet stolen the week prior. On the same night the thieves hit up four other vehicles across from us and stole a whole actual truck. Never were we notified by management that any of these occurrences were happening. Add in the dogs roaming around leashless and it's not a nice area of town. Not worth the high monthly
