I live here and it’s the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. I’ve lived here since 2014 and have never had any problems with the residents or staff that work here. Also it’s an amazing spot to live because you are about 0.2 miles away from the beach, pier, and promenade. Also there’s a bunch of food options nearby. If you ever get the chance to live here, take it, you won’t regret it.

Great apartment, clean safe friendly staff.... People love it there and don't leave! But don't even think about living here, there are over 2000 people in the waiting list and the waiting list is closed at this time.

There is a long waiting list but there are different income brackets and different household types for each type of apt, another way of looking at it is there is not just one long list because certain qualifiers must be met to be considered for each type of number of bedrooms apts and also the income bracket you fall into. Not sure if the list is open but it’s always good to try. If you can’t reach anyone over the phone, stop by the leasing office during normal business hours only. It might take a couple of years but it’s worth it. Good luck! Yes I’ve seen apts go vacant but not sure if
