Terrible customer service. Didn't seem like they even wanted me to buy from them. I called once to see if they had any flan because I have a party coming up. They answered and then immediately put the phone down and I could hear them talking in the background. when someone finally came to the phone he said "what" and when I asked if they had flan he said "yea". I asked if we could get one for a party we have coming up and he said "i don't know". So I just hung up. I only speak english, so I understand there may be a language barier and I really wanted to try the food since this place got such great

This bakery has soooo many options and everything is made fresh! I absolutely fell in love with this place after visiting the first time! Everything is pretty cheap and the customer service is very good although not everyone speaks English, they still make sure to find someone to help you if needed!

I asked for the lettering on cake to be in black frosting and got red clear jelly instead.
Also asked for 2 types of fruit which I paid extra for.
Specified I didn't want no type of jelly or pudding in cake layer's ONLY the fruit's I had asked for and was told they could do that.
They added banana pudding with few pieces of banana!
It was very disappointing because No Where on Receipt Stated that Banana Pudding was going to be added.
Also asked for 2 types of fruit which I paid extra for.

My hubby wanted an authentic Tres Leche cake and I went here to get it.
The cake was definitely traditional, reasonably priced, and LOOKED delicious...
While the cake wasn't what we expected, we thought it should have had some kind of sweetness to it, but it was still good.
My only complaint is that the breads and stuff were out on carts in the middle of the store, and weren't covered or in cases...
Kinda seemed unsanitary to me.
