This is by far the absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed ..unbelievably disgusting!! Mold in the ac vents and behind doors absolutely terrible you guys need to get your act together the outside area around the house was a disgrace beyond belief not even in good enough condition to take a family picture….. all of your outside furniture had green algae going on it ..the hot tub did not work! nails in the decking board rising witch cut our feet more than once!!! You could not even open a garbage can without about vomiting!! Bugs all over the inside of the lower level…that was about a $500 a

A great experience! We rented the home at the last minute and Spinnaker's Realty went out of their way to be sure everything was accommodated for us, even on short notice. We had 1 issue with the water heater and it was fixed within a couple of hours! We loved having a golf cart (they even provided a spare when the original one had a flat without us even asking!) and the very quiet neighborhood was full of beautiful nature and cute wildlife! Thank you for a fun vacation even in the off season!

We rented a house in Spinnaker’s in June. The house was good and so was the location. However, the wind flipped the golf cart window up and cracked it. We immediately called to let them know. The lady at the rental office was incredibly rude and said “oh great” I will make a note of it. 6 weeks later I called about the deposit and I was told it takes two weeks. Come to find out they were keeping it to pay for the golf cart, it had already been fixed (130 dollars by the way) and they had been too busy to call us to discuss it or give us our money back. And they said there was no note and didn’t

My family and I traveled from Northern New Jersey to Emerald Isle for an family vacation. When I arrived my parents - who rented the property for the week - there were problems with the HVAC unit. The downstairs was ice cold, while the upstairs was easily in the mid 80s. When they arrived, the house was already at 84 degrees.
The first night was hot and humid. Not what you'd expect to pay for a few thousand dollars for a week long rental. Everyone was uncomfortable - from a 94 year old woman to a 1 year old boy. Waking up humid from sweating because the AC isn’t working isn’t a good start
