While planning a vacation to Topsail, I had the opportunity to work with Abby at Coastline. We were in the process of completing our rental transaction when our plans had an unexpected change. Abby was very responsive in helping us find a unit and also very professional when we had to cancel the process, I will definitely be using Coastline and Abby for future rentals.

Extremely disappointed in a rental of 104 Bay Court (Bay Breeze) in N. Topsail from September 11-18, 2021. The pictures of the property were beautiful on Coastline Realty’s site but not at all a true and honest representation of the property I rented. There were rotting floors in the main bathroom and visible black mold under sinks, inside picture frames and around every air vent. My family members suffered respiratory symptoms after several days in the property and some members even left our vacation early. Worst of all I wrote to the rental company after our stay describing the issues and my

We recently stayed at Sound of Freedom in North Topsail. The house was absolutely gorgeous. The beach was perfect and everyone had a wonderful, relaxing time. Even with 14 people there was plenty of room. We had a lightning strike one night that knocked out our internet and CB Coastline went above and beyond to get us back up again but, there were plenty of games and puzzles to keep us busy, not to mention the beach itself.

I cannot say enough good things about our recent stay. We stayed at the “hyacinth” in North Topsail last week, October 2nd-9th. The house was perfect. It was right on the beach with its own private walkway. The house was very clean. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for our family. Access to the Community Pool was also included in the stay. We loved it so much we booked it again for next year!!

We have chosen Coastline Reality for the last three years. They have been very professional, helpful, and courteous. The units are clean and well maintained. The staff answers questions, provides information, and always responds. We are already scheduling our vacation next year with them.

Rented a house for a week. I have been signing things for MONTHS.
Tammy sends me docusign which she says are "blurry" and other
ones that I cant open. I sent ALL money on time. But she calls
and tells me I owe a fee that is due that week. How can I get a check to you
in time. Oh and there is a $200 fee for pool. Now it says so in my info but
I didn't know that it was not included in the enormous fees already paid.
She calls 2 weeks before our vacation date and ask if we are using pool.
Really? Buying a house is much easier than renting one from Tammy.

This is our first time of working with this company. They were pleasant and efficient. Documents were sent in a timely manner and phone call questions answered politely. When we checked in for our vacation the staff came from behind the counter to say hi! to my dog and give her a dog treat! So lovely! We will be booking with them in the future.

Threatened to evict us for turning the A/C down to 70 degrees. The owner of this unit has a wifi thermostat installed. One night I turned the A/C down to 70. The next day the realty company calls and states the owner doesn't allow the A/C to be set below 73. 73 seriously? Then when I said this was my unit for a week to live as I please the Realty agent threatened to have us evicted.
There was nothing in the rental agreement about this 73 degree temperature nonsense and the threat to evict us really put a stink on our vacation. What the agent threatened is complete utter nonsense because

We have been coming to Topsail Island for years. This was our first time working with Coastline Realty and it was a WONDERFUL experience. The communication during the rental process was excellent. The staff was super friendly upon arrival. The house (Beach Breeze 4) was spotless and well maintained. The pool and hot tubs were serviced while we were there, which made us feel so good about the amenities. We did not have any issues during our stay, but we feel certain if we had needed assistance the staff would have bent over backwards to help us. We had a wonderful week with our family from out of

We've been going to Topsail Island for over 12 years now. We've dealt with almost all the realty companies there. Coastline is professional, courteous and was easy to deal with. Easy to reserve the property and easy to check out. Will use Coastline again in the future. Attached is a picture from our balcony - a turtle laid her eggs right below us!
