The pacific mice apartments need to fix the mice problem and the mold you guys have some one elses old dirty carpet with fleas this is embrassing to read I feel bad for the families with kids stop responding to reviews and do something..... mice? Mold in walls ? People are getting sick for living in your apartments call the laws ( I have reach out to the management multiple times no response but lots of fees for their problem and sure you don't see me in the system because I don't need retaliation from neighbors but I am a resident)

Within a 12 month period, there were over 5 notices to enter the apartment for "inspection"... Not including the multiple pest control visits for mice. Absolutely no privacy. Severe Black Mold growing in bedrooms walls,closets, ceilings, windows and bathroom.
There is no privacy, since they are always walking and driving around from very early in the morning till the evening, 6 days a week, just going about to see if they notice anything to add it to your monthly rent bill.

I lived there for 11 years and six months. The last 2years. I had a very bad rat and mold problems. When I moved the, The manager at the time wanted me to pay for mold in the townhouse. It's not a good place to move. They will ,tell lies and try to fine you for any and everything and everything ,That they can get away with

I wish I didn’t have to give a star at all. My 1 year lease consisted of surprises and shenanigans from management the entire time. The staff is dishonest, and does everything in their power to ring money out of their residents. Unreliable and untrustworthy, a terrible combination for the management of your housing complex, you will never feel safe or at home here. I was also diagnosed with H-pylori after living here, which is caused by unsanitary living conditions, which is a perfect description of the standards of this place.

I was a little nervous when I first toured Pacific Walk a year ago when I was apartment hunting, because the tour was great, the apartment was nice, and the office staff were friendly, but when I got home and started looking at reviews, I was definitely concerned. I talked to them about their reviews, and got the impression they were working hard to turn things around. Decided to take a chance and sign a lease, especially since it was cheaper rent than several of the other places I had been looking at. A year later, I can say that I've just renewed my lease for a second year, and could not be happier

This place is a nightmare!! Management illegally processes their paperwork and sticks you with hidden fines! We had HORRIBLE mold the entire time we lived there and had to clean it up ourselves. Every time we complained they always found a reason to slap a notice on our door. My entire building moved out due to the lack of respect and responsibilities that this leasing staff is obligated to do! My front walkway flooded Everytime it rained and they did nothing to fix it. These apartments have rats droppings as well as a RAT trap in the unit when the walk thru was completed by my daughter with Tammy. She asked about the RAT trap Tammy said is was just a precaution. The apartments are falling apart . Tammy the manager is rude as well as the leasing staff. There are cracks in the ceilings and around the walls. The apartments have no decent amenities. I ADVISE YOU TO CHECK THERE RATINGS BECAUSE THERE ARE A LOT OF APARTMENTS BETTER THE THE FOR THE SAME PRICE.
