Absolutely awful. Front office staff was nice but the nurse and doctor were terrible. I’ve never been so disgusted with a doctor in my life. I went in to have several areas examined and the doctor would not listen to any of my concerns. She said I would have to come back for other appointments in order to have other areas examined. The doctor was rude and was in such a hurry that I left without any help at all.

I just had my first visit last Wednesday and I must say that Dr. Martin was amazing! His vibes are everything! His sense of humor and professionalism made me adore him and I will most definitely plan on staying with him from now on. His assistant was a bit grumpy but the lady at the front desk was very sweet so they both made up for the grumpy assistant.

I was made to feel very at ease during my first visit. As we all know it can be stressful speaking and sharing health concerns with a new provider. I was asked questions to gain an understanding of my concerns, that quickly put me at ease. My doctor was very understanding and answered question to ensure I understood what was possible cause of issue. Looking forward to my next visit!

I've been to a few dermatologists before, and none like Integrated Dermatology. I saw Ms. Newkirk, and not only was she very kind and understanding, but she was SO informative. The one thing I wanted was someone to give me all my options and answer all my questions. And she went above and beyond and answered all my questions even BEFORE I asked them! She didn't make me feel bad about any decisions, wasn't biased, wasn't discouraging. The communication/transparency was dismal at my visit(s) with them. I, and my husband, will not be coming back and we have been coming to Andrus for years. I was scheduled to have a mole check and skin tag removal during the first visit after it became integrated dermatology. I get to the appointment and the dermatologist tells me that we will need to schedule a separate appointment for the skin tag removal. She tells me that I can have as many skin tags removed as I want during the next appointment. So I set up the second appointment. At the second appointment I was told that the appointment was

Very great experience for my first appointment. I called and was able to get a same day appointment. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, from the front desk to the back. I came in and got right to the back to see Dr. Martin who assessed me and was able to treat my issue, quickly. Recommend this place!
