Excellent Dermatology practice!! Dr Kirk was efficient and thorough. She eased my concerns and properly educated me about my condition. The entire office was well run, courteous, and timely. I would highly recommend Dr Kirk and Wake Dermatology to anyone.

Wake dermatology got me in the exam room early. Dr. Kirk was very thorough and explained the details of her exam as well as answering all my questions. She was very likable. I was offered several treatment options and was very pleased to have chosen Dr. Kirk as my dermatologist!

Showed up at 3:57 for a 3:50 appointment on a tuesday, office website lists closure at 4:30, but door was locked and lights were out. Knocked, called office and eventually a staff person let me in. my appointment was confirmed but she went to ask Dr Kirk if she would see me and at 4:04 i was informed that the office had a 10 minute policy and that i would not be seen. apparently, neither my time nor patient status was important to this practice.

I saw Dr. Kirk 2 years ago for a very persistent staph infection I had at the time, and while I had to go back a second time because I followed her directions incorrectly, her advice and prescriptions took care of the problem when my physician had not helped. Regretfully I was going through a lot in my life at the time, and I was pretty impatient and rude to her and the staff because I had trouble finding the office, and I was frustrated with the infection, however they maintained their patience with me and I still feel terrible and embarrassed about my behavior to this day. Dr. Kirk is very sweet

Dr. Jessica Kirk is an amazing dermatologist! I am a very level headed person and would not write a good review if I didn't think one was deserved and certainly wouldn't write a bad on unless one was really deserved. In my opinion, reviews should be written from your personal experience with a business. I do truly understand that customer service is very important and my several experiences there have always been positive and good ones. I am also someone who treats others the way I wanted to be treated and if someone is having a bad day, I do my best to be more understanding because I don't believe

I visited the Dr. Kirk for two reasons; while it felt like no attention was paid to those two valid reasons to visit a dermatologist (one being that I had a precancerous mole prior and now need to be checked for other such growths), I was given some acne cream that I didn't ask for. Imagine my joy when a paper slip the pharmacist may have accidentally left in the package said the cream was know to cause cancer and birth defects in rats. I'm back to the drawing board on finding a good, local dermatologist.

I have been going to Wake Dermatology Associates for years, first as a patient of Dr. Tuveson, now Dr. Kirk. Though I was very sad to see Dr. Tuveson go, the selection of Dr. Kirk as a replacement was an excellent choice. I find Dr. Kirk to have a friendly bedside manner, forthright with information regarding care, and very responsive. Refills or questions for Dr. Kirk addressed through the patient portal are handled very quickly. I would recommend her to friends or family without hesitation.

I have been seeing Dr Nasir for many years after Dr Jordan retired. I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked him, given that he took over the practice. He is always professional, thorough and never makes me feel rushed. His office generally gets me in quickly and my wait time is usually short. He is a great dermatologist and I always recommend him to family, friends and clients.

Thank goodness I met Dr. Kirk when I moved here! I made an appointment for a routine check-up, and she took excellent care of me. I'm always curious with lots of questions, and she educated me on everything I need to know to continue maintaining healthy skin. She also explained to me the reason for the ridges on my thumb nail plates! Thanks, Dr. Kirk!

Despite what many of the other reviews say, my experience at Wake Dermatology was fantastic. The receptionists were not rude or "cold" and Dr. Nasir was extremely kind and efficient. My appointment was at 3pm and I was walking out of the door at 3:20pm. No long wait in the waiting room or in the exam room. I would definitely recommend Wake Dermatology.
