I was in the process of finding out about a particular parking area for a beverage trailer with another company for half a year. It is an extremely long story about an abandoned building in the way, blah blah...but we were in the stages of discussing specifics before creating a contract, that is if both parties came to an aggreememt. Sadly, the property owner switched to this company for their management. The prior company sent over my contact info.
