Greg and Steve went above and beyond! First off, you are getting 2 professional inspectors which is a great investment considering you are buying a house. Secondly, they answered every question and explained everything they observed. I really appreciated the attention to detail and time they took to explain their findings. They are very… professional and go beyond expectations based on my previous experience. While the cost may initially seem higher than other, you have to realize the value of having 2 professionals onsite combined with the personal interaction, it is well worth it to protect

I could not have been more pleased with the inspection process of our new home! After going through previous experiences with local inspectors in the past, Integrity was a breath of fresh air. I debated doing this but it keeps bothering me, not saying something. We moved from out of state, so we made it a point to use the top dollar company and they were veteran owned.
Within the first 2 weeks we had an incident where using the front door, the storm door and siding was RIPPED OFF. I emailed them and CC’d my realtor mentioning I wish they would’ve paid more attention because you can clearly see the separation in paint where it was starting to go and this could’ve been avoided. Crickets. Since then, we have noticed our back door frame also ROTTING, as well as the door itself. We

Our home inspector was very nice and professional, he came out when he said he would and took his time inspecting the house instead of rushing it. He gave us our inspection list and all seemed good. However, two days after closing on our house we found mold on one door frame, one window frame and around one ceiling vent all in the same room. I felt that if the mold was that obvious to me and my wife then it should have been obvious to a professional. We also found out a few days later that we have about a dozen AC duct issues in our attic where insulation is either torn badly or missing all together

I highly recommend Integrity Inspections. I knew from our first phone call we came to the right people. Steve explained his process, what kind of time frame, and even asked if I had any concerns I would like him to cover before we began. I would recommend calling as soon as possible, so you can start the process with them. The inspection was thorough and the report came the same day. I was unable to attend the walkthrough but my partner was able to go. I can't recommend it enough. The report is thought out and every issue is marked with an accompanying photo. This was for a offer to purchase inspection on an existing home. Integrity Inspections did a great job. We had a tight schedule and they were able to accommodate us to fit our schedule. They had me show up at the end of their on-site inspection, and walked me through all of the things they noted, even relatively minor items. I thought I was pretty thorough when I had gone through the house before we decide to make a contingent offer, but I was only scratching the surface.

Greg & Steve are great!! We used them for a home inspection on a house that we are in the process of buying. They are very professional and explain everything very well. After the inspection they walked us around the outside of the house and through the inside of the house and explained everything in-depth. They answered any questions that we had. This was our first time using them and we will definitely recommend them to everyone. You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend them. The price was great for the work they done.
