I had attempted to rent a specific property from these people since October. Often, my calls went unanswered. No call backs. I had the misfortune of speaking with a young lady once, she informed me that the property I had submitted my app. Fee for was being reviewed for an “approved” applicant, after they took my fee. She said, she was going to call me back within two days to confirm if it was rented or not. Two weeks later, she called. Did not leave a message, texted she tried to call. I returned her call, phone rang one time, then disconnect. I called back twice more, same thing. We all know

I started renting with them in September and I have no complaints! The house was in wonderful condition upon move in and anything I have called for has gotten a quick response! The staff is professional and caring especially Mrs. Bonnie. I definitely hope to purchase my first home from them one day!

Customer service needs to be evaluated and become a priority. My wife and I tried for 2 weeks to view a rental property. No call back and when we went to the office nobody had time to talk to us except the maintenance man which said he was not allowed to give any information but tried to get the attention of someone else who was on his cell phone and said he was too busy to talk to us. We were told to go online. I can only imagine what it's like to rent from them and need a repair done. My family and our money will happily go elsewhere.
