DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! THEY DO NOT ANSWER CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES. VERY UNRESPONSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I posted a vehicle that I needed transported, I am a veteran and know how much a transport is supposed to cost per mile. This company quoted me an astronomical price and I refused thier service. Ralph became irate. The following day, they quoted me a fair price. Instead of posting the vehicle at the contractually agreed price, they posted it at a MUCH higher price on the national trucker loadboard. The reason for doing this is so they can call me later to tell me that they can not find

This was the first time I have shipped a car across country. After reviewing a number of transport companies I decided on USA Auto Shipping. Their reviews were very positive and rates competitive. The entire event went very well. Contact with representative was very good. Once my vehicle was loaded on the car hauler contact with the driver on status was very easy. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This company transported my car from VA to OR. When the car arrived, multiple parts were missing from the outside of the vehicle. When I contested this with Volk, their response was that "We are not responsible for anything outside of the vehicle." So I was supposed to remove the roof rack before shipping the car? The roof rack was half removed when the car arrived as though someone had attempted to steal it. During the process, multiple parts were stolen and Volk refused to accept any responsibility for it.
