I typically don’t write reviews but I felt compelled to write one today about the exceptional service and professionalism I experienced at WhitCo insurance, more specifically Alexia Martin’s agency in Punta Gorda Florida. I called to set up an appointment and the phone was answered by an actual human being! I was surprised by that alone and then was equally impressed by the knowledgeable responses to complicated questions I had about my insurance. I made the appointment and when I came to the office I was greeted professionally and was seen by Renee, the agent who would set me straight with

Angelina Perry....OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! I had a challenging situation, not the normal. I was looking for better coverage and a cheaper rate for myself and my son, of whom is under the age of 25 with a not so good driving history, and Angelina did not stop until she found something for us. It was a challenge and she came through for us. The process went so smoothly. She got us through the transition of obtaining my new insurance and walked me through cancelling my prior policy.
