Chapman Insurance group is a very nice place to do business with. They put their customers first. An example of this occurred when I initially utilized their services for a quote on my homeowners insurance. I was told they could not beat the price of my current insurer and that I should stay put. Rachel Layton is wonderful! She handled our homeowners, auto and umbrella insurance -- all with multiple changes here and there. She is knowledgeable , VERY professional but most importantly very patient and kind. She was quick to answer all of my emails and call backs. Always very nice. I currently moved to Port Charlotte from Ohio and have for umpteen years had Auto Owners Insurance. I have never had a problem with Auto Owners and if I have EVER needed them, they helped me out till resolved. Sense of security and trust means a lot in this world! Moving to FLA, and much to my relief, Chapman, Auto Owners’ staff, Rachel Waters, Agent, were excellent in this transaction.

Everyone we encountered was friendly and polite. Rachel Layton is awesome! I can’t say enough good things about her and the effort she put into helping us.
