They have no compassion for their customers! They make you do all the work after your home has been destroyed… I am basically having to do my job that I do, move homes, recover mentally and physically, also find my own mitigation, my own fire report… all they have done click in emails collect my money for this time.. customer service needs to top priority! Sad that the most help I received was from the mitigation and not from my own adjuster

Totally unprofessional. They automatically renewed a 6 month policy after I called them several times to cancel it. They charged my account twice what I'm paying at Geico. Even if you call them to confirm a cancelation, they just blow you off and tell you what you want to hear on the phone. Don't go there, it's a scam.
