Our mission is to provide our customers with quality repairs and excellent customer service. We are here to ensure that our customers vehicles are repaired to the highest quality in the industry. Assess the situation. If someone is hurt, please call 911. If not, call police to start a report. If its a minor accident, move vehicles to safe location away from other motorists. Exchange personal and insurance information. Call insurance company. Take pictures of damage on your phone. Some insurance companies provide an APP you can send your pictures directly to them.

The Bartlett location is located in Shelby County, but provide services to all surrounding areas. Whole experience has been a nightmare since my vehicle was dropped off. I dealt with the manager Joe who has a crappy attitude. He doesn't return calls and doesn't leave notes in the system for other employees to know what's going on with your vehicle. Long story short I called to randomly check status of my vehicle only to be told that my car was no longer there. I asked Joe where it was and his response was " I don't know... State Farm may have it" I asked why no one called me because I did not give consent verbal / nor signed that anyone could remove my vehicle

Very good work done on my 2015 Camaro. Staff is excellent and knowledgeable. Works very hard to get you in and out, without having your car for too long. They explained everything in great detail, was upfront about the costs and needed work. They delivered on time, on schedule, on budget and the work was seamless. Hopefully I never have to come back (don't wanna wreck again) but if I do.. I know they will make my car new again. Everyone else quoted me 3-4 weeks. 3A quoted me 5-10 days and delivered on time! The people here at 3A have worked on my cars a few times and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends and anyone looking to get any type of body work done. Dealing with a wrecked car is stressful and they made the process easy. They truly do care about their customers and do outstanding work. They will definitely be the only body shop I ever deal with!
