I did business with Perfection Auto about two weeks ago, being re-ended and the rear bumper was torn. This place is a real hidden gem. Some of the nicest people I’ve had work on my car. I was recently in a car accident and had a lot of body and mechanical damages. Bryant kept me informed the whole time and let me know everything that was going on. I got the car back and it drives like it’s brand new. They did amazing work and I will forever send people their way! There is a reason “Perfection” is in their name.

They did a pretty good job on my repairs, not perfect; a couple of small areas were not touched up with paint. However, they got the dents out, cleaned up most of it. The staff was friendly and nice.
I also felt like the communication was odd. I think they should try to initiate contact with customers about updates on the vehicle, especially when there are delays, even if it's just an email about vehicle updates.

I found this shop on google and went with based on the reviews and I was right to do so. They were very efficient in knowing exactly what was wrong with my trunk which hasn't closed and latched since Jan 2021. I have went to several places and received numerous quotes but none were actually doing what I needed them to do. I came in on a Tuesday where they looked at the car but would need to be brought back another day where they could do further inspection (my trunk was zip tied down). I came back the next day at 8am. I recently had some wheel repaint and minor bodywork by Perfection Auto refinish. The quality of workmanship was absolutely perfect. The restored parts looked as good as the original factory finish. Color blending was also perfect which is quite often difficult for a silver car.My car was finished on time for the estimated amount. This outfit really lives up to its name:PERFECTION. Based on my experience I have to give this company a top rating and can highly recommend it.

My Camry was damaged when someone backed into the front end and caused pretty extensive damage. I spoke to Stacie on the phone and she got me in there immediately for Jeff to take a look at the damage. I left them my Claim Number and Insurance Adjuster Contact information and they took it from there for me. I dropped the car off the next day and I was offered a ride to wherever I need to go. I had my 1966 Mustang in with Jeff and crew to fix several small issues on the car. As this is a custom black paint job and show car I was very careful in choosing someone to make the repairs. As everyone knows black paint shows every defect and I wanted perfection. Jeff even found small issue that I did not know were. When he called me about fixing these I told him "I want perfect paint" which he delivered. I would rate my experience with Perfection Auto Refinish as perfection 5 stars+.
