I had great expectations of this business as it is owned by a nurse but as with other caregiving businesses it comes down to the individual caregivers. In 2 months there were 5 times a caregiver called in sick or whatever and they were not able to find someone to fill in so I was stuck. Some of them cannot cook simple things like pancakes or grilled cheese sandwiches. Sometimes I think they forget they are a guest in my home and I expect them to respect my home. Some people have difficulty with punctuality. There is a lack of maturity with younger caregivers which is why I prefer older caregivers
