Superior Home Care Services was instrumental in the final days of my husband’s life. From the minute my husband came home from ICU, until the moments he passed, Superior Home Care Services was there to protect him, and our family through a very difficult journey. They were there for him and me in a beautiful, supportive and knowledgeable way.
They came on day 1 and got us situated.
They responded to other issues going on that needed attention and they were great caregivers, teachers and people in our lives.

I was hoping my experience would be better than it was. Carol the owner is a wonderful person but alas it comes down to each staff member to make a company superior. I had several caregivers come half an hour late with no real excuse. I have also had days when no one showed up and then when calling the office there was not a feeling that they cared, or even I'm sorry. I was fortunate to have a wonderful daytime caregiver during the week and will miss her.

We used Superior Home Care Services for four months to help my mother be able to stay in her home. I cannot say enough about how Superior their service was! Carole was professional, intuitive and flexible in establishing the care and picking just the right workers for my mother's needs. All the helpers were professional, kind and prompt.
