Care Choice Home Care is a professional "home care agency" that serves all of San Diego & North County. We train and employ skilled, compassionate, and friendly caregivers for the following services. 1 Discovery: Our Case Manager consults with the family and other providers to ensure we are the appropriate level of care.
2 Diagnostic: Through our care planning process our Case Manager develops a plan of care that addresses the clients physical, physiological and custodial needs. Caregivers are a vital resource for the quality of life for many disabled and elderly persons, as they cannot always do the routine activities of daily life by themselves.

We believe people should be able to age safely in place at home and be given the greatest home care possible according to their desires, and as permitted by their care needs and resources. Our mission is to provide the highest quality care coordination and caregivers to our community in order to provide the best quality of life for our customers through ethical and compassionate care.
We understand that when a loved one becomes unable to fully care for themselves, you're presented with a choice. Take them away from their home and put them in an assisted living facility or let them stay in the comfort of their home and provide them the professional in-home care assistance they need.
Both of my elderly parents have needed home care for nearly a year now and so we reached out to Care Choice upon recommendation of a family friend. We have not been disappointed. The caregivers we've received have been wonderful, especially our dear Elisa. The scheduling staff are super responsive and friendly.
We support our clients and families through coordinated Care Management that supports each family with resources, referrals, and oversight. The goal of Care Management is to achieve an optimal level of wellness and improve coordination of care while providing cost effective, non-duplicative services.
Many families do not understand the differences in the types of caregivers for hire and the risks involved with having the wrong person in their home. I have been working at Care Choice for over 4 years, and can say they are a wonderful home care agency. They try hard to accommodate my changing availability schedule, and I really appreciate that. They give trainings, raises, supplies and other support which is hard to find in a caregiving job. I would highly recommend Care Choice Hone Care to anyone looking for a job or for someone to help their loved one at home.

I have worked with care choice for a few months now and can only say good things about this agency. The communication between the office and caregivers is absolutely immaculate, any questions or concerns I have are taken care of immediately. They have always showed gratitude for hard work which really makes you feel appreciated by the whole team. That being said they also hold each team member accountable to up hold the most important aspect of this industry, safety. Even during these hard times of covid-19 they haven’t budged on safety. In comparison to other agency’s I work with the regulations

I have worked for Care Choice for a year now. The company is great. I picked them because they are a family run and very caring. They have been very accommodating with my schedule. All of my clients have been great. If I have a question or problem with a situation I call and we work it out together. If you are looking for a company to work for or need a company to take care of family Care Choice is the right one. Everyone is friendly and go out of the way to help you.

I've been working with Care Choice for a few months now and I can't get enough of how amazing they are. They work with the scheduling wonderfully and even days you need off you get. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, they show such immense caring to the clients and their families. Getting to know the clients and their families you become apart of their families when you get to see them as well as their furry friends. Even if you're looking for a part-time or something like that you can definitely find it here with Care Choice Home Care!!!

I worked here for about a month and it was my first time with an agency as a caregiver. It was fine in the beginning but as I stayed they would put me on and take me off shifts without telling me. Some of the clients are abusive and they take a while to switch your schedule. Towards the end of my days there I only had about 20 hours. As I would talk to my clients they would say the same thing about communication, that there isn't any. One client in particular would always have call outs from the caregivers and and have to call them to see what's going on! She said this was a weekly thing. Same
