Amazing work from Benjamin. Loved how clean the place is. everybody is very professional and perfect nails. They lasted over 4 weeks extremely happy with the customer service and the finish results was astonishing! 10000% RECOMMEND!

I have been going to Zen since shortly after they opened. I have always had a terrific experience and I am quick to recommend their services. Especially now with Covid I find the spa to be extremely clean and the staff ensures the stations are disinfected after each client and plexi glass dividers are in place to keep everyone safe. They are doing an amazing job!

I’ve been a client at Zen Nails for 8 years. I’ve always been happy with the quality of the service, and the kindness of the staff.
I am beyond impressed with their safety measures in place during covid. There are plexiglass dividers between staff and clients, as well as dividers between stations.
I highly recommend this business. (Especially Laura for manicures and Lee for pedicures)

Seriously the BEST nail salon in the area! Justin has been doing my nails for over a year now and I have NEVER had a single complaint. The salon is clean, beautiful and the customer service is amazing. Dan the owner is fantastic and only sometimes gives me grief for being late ALL THE TIME. I have never seen them try to lie to anyone about services or change the prices on the spot. For those arguing about UV Gel powder - they charge 5$ more per set of UV Gel Powder than acrylic, what are you even complaining about? You want gel do Bio Gel. You dont want powder on your nails then dont let them put

As someone who has been a customer for 6+ years, I can give a brutally honest review for this salon and it’s people.
To begin, I absolutely adore this salon. Dan (owner) is incredible, kind and a joy to be around.
The staff is lovely. Catherine is impeccable and remarkable at what she does.
This salon is my absolute favourite — I will never travel elsewhere.
To the other reviews stating that there was “scamming” and “ganging up on” taking place, that is entirely false.
This salon has the most kind, caring, respectful and flexible staff / owner I have ever been to.

Shocked to be lied to about the nail treatment given. I’ve had UV Gel many times and it is a gel that cures under the light. They tried to scam me! Was ganged up on when I confronted nail tech about the acrylic powder they call uv gel. Wanted to charge me 60 dollars for acrylics! I should have checked the reviews before coming here. They also did a horrible job at my pedicure, cut my nails too short and did not file properly- could have done a better job myself. Honestly I’m really disappointed with this place. Be cautious! They lie and change the prices every time I’ve ever gone there thinking
