All nail tools are sterilized and disinfected after every procedure, and everything even seats and remote controls are also cleaned and disinfected every time. We thoroughly enforce using disposable files (surfboard-shaped tools to trim down the nails) only once per customer. We carry a variety of vegan, DBP, toluene & formaldehyde free nail premium polishes as well as our large color selections of O.P.I. and Essie polish.

Terribly rude and rushed. Unkind to my daughter because she just wanted a flower painted. Will never go there again.
My thumb is red, painful, and possibly infected and the entire manicure was uncomfortable. Not sure if it was just the two people we met with but it was not a good experience at this place.

Pretty disappointed. I had a manicure and pedicure done. Both services were completed at the same time. Maybe someone pressed for time likes this, but i went to relax and enjoy being pampered. It was not relaxing in anyway. I couldn't enjoy any of the experience because i was being worked on in every direction. It felt more stressful and rushed. My manicure chipped off in 2 days, which apparently is normal they said, but it was a lot of money to only last 2 days. If I went back again, it would be to actually see how the pedicure feels. I really wanted to like this place, but I get my nails done every other week, and this place just is not it. I went once last minute, and they took me in as a walk in, which was appreciated. However the entire experience from waking in, "soaking off" my gel, redoing my manicure, and leaving, was a total of 12 minutes. I don't even know how they did it. As soon as the lady saw I had a hang nail she said "you pick your nails?" I responded "no it's just a hang nail," and she did not touch my cuticles the remainder of the manicure. This was my first visit. I had a dip manicure and express pedicure. I am more than pleased with my experience. They were friendly and professional and my nails looked great. Even though I only had the express pedicure, it was better than most regular pedicures I've had at other salons. They have a great selection of colors in everything from dip to gel to Dazzle. I definitely recommend this salon!

I visited this salon in early March 2020 and was impressed by it's cleanliness. I had a pedicure and it was fair. I decided to try again in early June 2021 and was very disappointed. I made the appt. online and chose someone who had great reviews. When I got there I was given whoever was available. The pedicure was mediocre. I was looking forward to the hot stone leg massage which lasted about 20 seconds.

My favorite nail salon! Prices are great and staff is always welcoming. The salon is VERY clean which is the first thing I look for when picking a salon. Lily is the best!! I get gel manicures and they last 3-4 weeks before it begins to chip. Their pedicure chairs are some fo the best too! The basic pedicure includes a hot stone massage which I love.

If you care about how your nails look, just go somewhere else. I am a college student who likes to have dope nails! Went here because i was close and by the time I would have gotten to my usual salon it would've been closed. Got my acrylics off in the most horrifying way. Not a drop of acetone was used just buzzed off used a tip to push mine off. One of my fingers got cut. Girl was not very nice kept throwing my hands at me and really just ignored that she cut my finger and cuticle. They just do not know what they are doing not professional and clearly do not follow a good business protocol

Unfortunately this was the worst pedicure/nail salon experience of my life. Came here the night before my baby shower (I’m 8.5 months pregnant) because I knew I wouldn’t be able to do a pedicure myself, and it was all downhill from there.
Not only was the actual pedicure subpar (nails unevenly cut/filed, polish haphazard - pictures attached), the nail technician cut one of my toes mid-pedicure. She didn’t say anything about it either until I stopped and looked as it was bleeding a lot. Like, didn’t stop bleeding the whole time I was there and they kept wiping it with pads until I asked
