Everything that you should expect at that price, near the Moscone center, Near the Bart.
If you only need a place to sleep is fine.
Without the help of the personal I could miss my flight.

I never saw in my entire life so many homeless around the same neighborhood. The hotel seems like it wasn't refurbished in 50 years. Good things? Is in the centre + the owner and two other people working there are nice

I don't want to give any star for these review. It is the worst hotel I have ever stay. It is the cheap but not good. Please don't go for the cheap.i stay there for 1 night & I got allergies & itching in my whole body. It's not clean room & the bathroom is too bad . The service was too bad. When you go out all time you have to leave your room keys to the guard.so it's risky to leave anything in the room.the elevator is wrost ever. Hate this hotel .dont go there pls.

The Bel Air Hotel is awful. The rooms are too small and not clean. There was no TV in the room. The hotel was in an unsafe neighborhood. The hotel door is locked and when the manager sees you will open the door. It is dim and old. The manger is too rude and the place is not good at all for the family. It does not have any parking and if you want to park your car in the public parking you must also pay 30$ for a night.
With this price you can book a very good motel in the beautiful SF.

Hotel is terrible. The building is falling apart. The rooms are dirty, some have holes in the walls. The toilet does not flush. The shower is in the hallway - one shower for an entire floor. The bed sheets and towels are dirty. The beds were not changed. The towels have a terrible bleach smell. You can also find cockroaches and bed bugs here. The neighborhood is horrible as well. A lot of homeless people are on the streets.

Extremely pathetic hotel and location. The whole building was dirty, smelly and dark. Even worse when we stepped outside in broad daylight as the whole area was just full of homeless and druggist people. They started calling my wife and few of them started coming closer and then we ran back to hotel. We went back to our room and booked another hotel in Union square. Dropped the key to the counter of the hotel and left the hotel for good in a cab. We felt like escaping from a prison and near death situation.

Despite the hotel conditions and facilities, on the average for maintaining low prices, I appreciated "people Value" in terms of availability in fulfilling personal needs and comprehension.
These are two relevant elements when people travel, and I've appreciated them very much.
