Children's natural love of learning is nurtured using our innovative play-based curriculum. In our multiage preschool, friendships are built and strengthened over two years together with the same teacher and students. Children are engaged and motivated to participate as the classroom centers transform into the setting, the characters and the theme of the stories read.
Each child is provided with experiences to help them reach their full potential socially, emotionally, cognitively and physically. In a classroom with a certified teacher, the children gain a solid base of pre-academic skills on which to grow. Being a child-specific program, the teachers look at each child as an individual.

I can't say enough about this wonderful preschool. The teachers are amazing, they spend individual time with each student, they are warm and welcoming, and they set up age-appropriate routines that make transitioning to school easier for the kids. My son has severe food allergies and NPA is the only program we found in the area that was able to handle his condition professionally and safely. This year he has become a pro at writing his name and is exciting to learn how to write other words. We are so glad both of our children were able to do this program!

Both of my daughters went to Northford Preschool Academy (NPA). The experience for both of my children was wonderful. The facility is clean and orderly. The staff is kind, welcoming and nurturing. Both of my girls are shy and had a little trouble going to school at first, and the teachers helped me work through it, and within a few days of school - the girls walked in without a problem. When the kids moved on to kindergarten they were well prepared. I couldn't ask for anything more! NPA is a great place - I highly recommend it!

My son attended NPA for 2 years, it was worth every penny! My son had a hard time at drop off in tje beginning, but quickly learned that mom will always come back. The teachers are fantastic! They're more than just teachers, they are mothers. You can be sure that your child is in great hands with them. The kids have a blast while learning valuable lessons and preparing for kindergarten. I recommend this school to everyone, it has been a wonderful experience! I can't wait to send my girls.
