Established in 1983, Franklin Christian Preschool and Kindergarten is rooted on a Bible-based philosophy to education and learning. We believe there is a definite need to provide the community with a Bible-based pre-school designed to promote good social skills, a healthy sense of self worth, a love of learning, and to encourage a fascination about the world God created.
Our program provides a broad spectrum of instruction in the Bible, phonics, language arts, mathematics, social awareness. Additional areas of focus include music, art, and basic gymnastics. We believe that each child has the potential to achieve tremendous growth mentally, physically, and spiritually through this well balanced curriculum.

Services
Our highly creative program provides an opportunity to develop language skills, fine and gross motor skills, as well as, math and reading readiness. There are many flexible morning and full day programs available for children ages 2 years through 5 years old. Programs offered include pre-school, year round childcare, and weekly theme based summer camps.
Our three year old program is designed to delight the imagination and investigative mind of the young child. Some of the exciting units that are introduced during the year include making papier-mache planets and learning about outer space, exploring the five senses, oceans and fish, farm animals, and insects and birds.
The goal of this program is to provide a fun place to learn and develop friendships. The children are encouraged to express themselves through play, art work, and to experience how fun learning can be. Science units, hands-on-math games, language experiences, reading readiness, and the letter of the week are incorporated into a full schedule of daily events.
Franklin Christian Kindergarten is a wonderful place for five year olds to learn about themselves, discover new friends, and get excited about learning. The children are given many opportunities for creative play and creative thinking. Our program is based on many hands-on activities to stimulate learning.
