Our motel is just across from the Stearns Park Beach on Lake Michigan, featuring the Ludington North Breakwater Lighthouse and pier, Jaycee's Mini Golf, Skate Plaza, playground, and the best sunsets in the world!The quieter season in Ludington is magical-all the beauty and fun, but not nearly as much traffic!

Rates Report

Ludington Pier House is a very popular place to stay for family fun and other travelers who appreciate a great location and wonderful service! Due to our popularity, we recommend that you place your reservation as far in advance as possible for your best selection of rooms. A $20 surcharge for Saturday-only reservations will apply during High Season (mid-June through Labor Day).

Motel Policies Report

A reservation cancelled anytime prior to 48 hours before check-in (based on 3 pm) results in a refund of your deposit minus a $15 processing fee per room reserved. If less than 48 hours notice is given, there will be NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT. You are responsible for your entire reservation. This policy applies to each day reserved.

We have stayed here before, but it was horrible this time unfortunately. The toilet was broken, and my husband had to open the tank to flush the toilet. We called up to the front desk, and all they did was leave us a plunger. The maid that cleans the rooms even left a note, saying the toilet was broken, and they still didn’t fix it. Never staying there again.

Rooms were ok. I was never told about another building when I was given my room key I was sent out the door. I had to come back to the office and ask. The staff was very rude to us. Only good thing is it's close to the beach.

Fabulous location and nice room. The heated pool and hot tub were a nice substitute for a windy and chilly beach. Pool area is fresh and clean and inviting. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean, reasonably priced. However, we arrived early, room wasn't ready, that's fine... but they had NO restroom I could use. Not a one. Not even in the room I paid for and was 20 minutes shy of getting into? Nope. Nothing. After a 4 hour ride to get there I found that horribly rude.

Front desk told me this was an updated room as well as this part of the motel. The mattresses were harder than sleeping on the floor, the pillows were hard and flat as well. The bathroom (room 17) had no ceiling fan so shaving afterward was a struggle. Hot water wasn't available during my shower. No light in the shower area. Its was a very bad experience staying here. I would not recommend it to my worst enemies.
