First off I want to say that this is one of the most insensitive places I have ever called or went into! Horrible customer service they are greedy all they want is your money! Dawn is the most rudest person I’ve ever spoke to in 47 years of being on this planet if you do not have a good rapport with somebody you should not keep talking to purposely try to make the person upset and then hang up on the person if somebody does not want to speak with you the professional thing to do is give the phone to somebody else because obviously the person thinks you’re a very rude individual! I advise nobody

I took my cat here because I was worried about soreness in the back end and some blood in her stool. The vet felt around my cats hind end, and when he did not find anything obvious he said she was just a grumpy cat. He did not offer to run any tests and sent me on my way. The vet tech did not even weigh or fully check in my animal. They are too expensive for the service they provide. I will have to visit another vet to make sure my cat is actually fine, and will never be coming back here again.

Hit our miss with these guys. Half the time, they are very kind and courteous. Other times they treat you as if you are a burden. As an established customer with 4 dogs in their system, I don't expect them to tell me to try another vet becuase they too busy. What's the point of being an established customer then? After being forced to try a new vet, I'm probably switching for good.

Our dog was as not doing well and unable to move/walk without pain. The team at Bangor Vet Clinic were so helpful and generous with their time. On a busy holiday weekend, they took the time to meet with us and our dog to diagnose and find a solution. Now, 24 hrs later, our girl is acting like herself. Thank you!

Very upset with this clinic. My puppy had an appointment for his shots on a Friday and they called me the day before to tell me they had to cancel his appointment due to there being no vet there and made their scheduling error my issue. Then they had no regard to the fact that I work full time and only gave me times available in the morning so I couldn't reschedule. I had to find a different vet and still couldn't get him in for a week. Now I have to hope his obedient class will allow him to attend.

Bangor Vet in Bangor, MI is not rescue friendly. They do not believe in working with dog rescues at all. They do basic service for the Humane Society but will not work with rescue groups. Even worse, they outright lied about our rescue group when they were called for a reference.
The worst thing is they try to force pet owners to get annual vaccinations for diseases such as parvo and distemper even though these vaccinations are no longer required by any state. Once a puppy has received its round of vaccinations they are covered for life. You can check the efficacy reports with your state
