You gonna regert later on if you come to this community. The stairs always dirpty. Laundry is broken and leasing office never answer the calls.

Absolutely amazing place to live! Staff goes above and beyond to help! These people are wonderful and we appreciate them so much! Our apartment is beautiful, we’ve had zero issues. Our neighbors are good folks. Very down to earth. Well worth it. Thank you all so much!

I lived in Sterlingwood for nearly 2 & 1/2 years from August of 2016 to January 2019. While all places have issues, any issues I did have were taken care of promptly. The rental manager, Kayla, was very easy to get along with and made my living there very smooth.

Kayla has got to be the coolest Property Manager around. She doesn’t miss a thing that happens on her property and always deals with issues fairly; but, she’s also always ready to have some fun. She has really turned Sterlingwood around and continues to make that her mission. Keep up the fantastic work Sterlingwood!
