Five stars are not enough. I highly recommend this place. Dr Hao & his team were so kind & helpful with my daughter. Dr Hao always takes time to explain & review my daughters complex situation, what is to happen next, & the expectations of the treatment. I was also happy to see extra precautions being taken with the new COVID recommendations & felt very comfortable with the way they were navigating through this pandemic.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! Upon entering, the staff greeted me with a warm welcome and took all the necessary paperwork to help me get signed in. The office was very clean! I did not wait in the waiting room for more than five minutes before going back to speak with Dr. Hao. Dr. Hao could tell that my daughter was feeling nervous and immediately got down on her level to reassure her that he wasn't going to do anything to hurt her or cause pain. He was extremely honest and went over all the possible options for her orthodontic treatment. Dr. Hao took the time to explain everything

This orthodontist is highly recommendable. I had a particularly difficult case because a cosmetically and structurally significant tooth had to be first extracted following blunt force trauma. He built a cosmetic application that he worked into the braces which guided the orthodontic work and helped me to not feel too self conscious when I was just a young teenage girl with braces.
Bedside manners are excellent. They are punctual and swift without making you feel rushed. His reception and assistant staff are all very sweet and very personable, yet professional.
