Since that day, my passion and enthusiasm have never died, and, to this date, I have achieved many goals of once I thought were impossible to reach. I have been very fortunate to be able to work with many professional athletes, including Major League Baseball players, UFC fighters, PGA players and US/Canadian/Japanese Olympic athletes.
Inirial Visit: Your initial visit will include consultation, examination, and full treatment. Full Treatment (Existing Patients Only): Each session includes chiropractic adjustment, physical modalities (electrical therapy, heat pack, ultrasound, cold laser, mechanical traction, etc.), and soft tissue work (combination of shiatsu massage, stretch, and myofascial release).

Dr. Okazaki is an incredible healer. He has made a huge difference and improved daily quality of life. I had frozen shoulder, now I can throw a 83 mph pitch, (kidding) couldn't move my neck, he unlocked it the first treatment. I cannot give you a high enough recommendation, he will always be part of my care team.

Wow! I have been adjusted by many chiropractors. This is jnot just a 10-15 minute adjustment like other places. There were some issues I didn't mention during my first appointment because I wanted to deal with the more current pressing matters. But during his assessment, he found all those other issues. I don't think anyone else has been able to manipulate/adjust my C7. No other chiropractors took the time to perform active release technique on my psoas muscle. During the massage portion of the visit, he also finds where the underlying issue is why some muscles are to tense. I left the appointment

Met with Dr. Okazaki today for the first time at the recommendation of a friend. He is absolutely amazing! I wish I had learned about him 4+ years ago when I first began seeing a chiropractor. Unfortunately, he doesn't accept my insurance. BUT...his services are worth me paying out of pocket. I cannot wait until my next visit. Thank you Dr. Okazaki!

Best chiropractor in San Diego! I wish I found him sooner. He's not in it for the money like all those other chiropractors that sell you packages and keeps telling you to come back! I went in and he did a thorough exam on my full body, and was able to identify all my pain points. The other thing that's awesome was that he adjusted all the problem areas, where as other chiros only adjust one thing. He truly cares about your well being. Dr. Okazaki is by far exceptional and very knowledgeable! This office is a hidden gem!

I wish I could give this place 1 million stars because it's just that good. Dr. Okazaki is simply amazing. I've been to many chiropractors over my lifetime and never have I been to one like this (in the best possible way). Never have I had a doctor or chiropractor be so incredibly through. I try to refer all of my friends and family to this place. Staff is great too. Everyone really makes you feel like they care and they want you to feel as best as can be. Everytime I leave this office I feel like a brand new person, a better person, physically and mentally.

Dr. Okazaki has been a Godsend for my sciatic issues. A couple months ago, I could barely walk. But I am back to hiking, walking like a bipedal hominid again. He's very knowledgeable, experienced, conscientious and intuitive. Dr O taylors his interventions to on-going changes; e-stim, drop table technique, message, myofascial release, etc.

I have been here three times and I can honestly say I will never go to anyone else. Okazaki is the true definition of the Medicine Man. He uses his hands to feel the tension. I recommend him to my friend and now she loves him.
He feels toe to head and can tell you where the pain is!!!! Never been to anyone with such expertise. He really is amazing and you can tell he has worked on athletes.

It's hard to find a knowledgeable chiropractor. I hate to write this because it took me 2 weeks to get in as it is. However, Dr Okazaki was well worth the wait. I could barely turn my neck to the right and he got to the root of my issue in 1 visit. I've had 1 chiropractor in 10 years that's been able to do this and he is in another state. I highly recommend him- he knows the spine and soft tissue.
He started with muscle stimulation, topped with heat, then some massage to help with the inflammation, then an adjustment. I feel sooo much better!

I have always suffer from bad posture . When I tried to be good and keep my back str8 it will give me pain and cause me to hump over instead. When I mad wan appt to see dr. Okazaki it was amazing! I was scared that it will crack my back and hurt. And I was worry about him leaving me more in pain but was I wrong. The whole experience was truly amazing
Check in was simple and easy. And then the doctor evaluates your back. After depending on your needs I got the hot compress electric stimulated massage and it felt amazing! Afterwards he explains to you that it's not actually cracking your back

I have nothing but the highest praise for Dr. Michihiro Okazaki. I have gone to chiropractors my entire life and, in fact, have 3 chiropractors in my family in AZ. Dr. Okazaki is by far the BEST doctor I have ever been to. He works on you for sometimes up to an hour doing physical therapy, acupressure and massage. He uses the TENS unit and gentle adjustments when needed. I have been to some doctors here who are what we call "rack and crack" and barely spend time with you or others who charge you for every area worked on. Dr. Okazaki will work on any and all parts needed. He is right by

My first visit at Okazaki Chiropractic was long overdue. Being a graphic designer I started to feel tension in my right shoulder and neck. Even though I have a standing desk and practice good posture I still needed some adjustments. It was all worth it. Lady upfront was very wellcoming and very nice. Office and equipment is very clean and modern. Dr. Okazaki did a great job by first listening to my issue and then working on it very gently and professionally. I really felt like he corrected all the right places. Made me jiggle by working on few areas a bit which was alright. I'm very grateful

I have been coming here for a couple years now from personal reference from my wife and her coworkers. Let me tell you, Dr. Okazaki knows his stuff. Every time I visit him, I will tell him what's been bothering me. He spends extra attention to the issue. He will also massage before the adjustments where he will find and trouble points and address them. You won't be disappointed coming here. Give them a call!

My uncle was a chiropractor so I didn't have to be convinced or educated about the value of keeping your spine in place. Someone told me about Dr. Okazaki and I called immediately. He and his staff are gracious, respectful, kind, considerate and the good dr. is well trained in his field. I was thrilled to find a dr. that didn't hurt you in the process of trying to help you. Everyone that I have referred to him has come back and said THANK YOU! I love this man and his work. Sadly, we are moving to Arizona this week so I will have to wait longer to get my adjustments.
