If your dog actually has an emergency or needs to be seen quickly, avoid this place. We have been customers for over 12 years and still don't understand why we keep coming back. The front desk staff is rude and they won't make any concessions. Dog has ear infection, takes 10 minutes to see him and they can't squeeze him in. We ask for a refill for a prescription, a condition our dog has had his entire life and they won't refill without seeing him. Last straw was when our dog twisted his foot, they close at noon. I called at 8am and asked desperately to have him seen. Typical, nope can't help you

If I could a million stars I could! Our 6 month lab ate one of my undergarments and I instantly called them when they opened. They got him in right away and acted promptly getting out the article of clothing without needing any surgery. The vet was amazing and was so sincere and heart felt. We now know Where we will be taking Charlie from now on! On top of that prices were beyond reasonable.
