We brought our dog to River Square Animal Hospital because she kept vomiting. It was great that they could get us in the day we called (Saturday). We had labs run and x-rays taken because those tests were recommended and we want to take care of our girl. Dr. Mach mentioned that she might have megaesophagus, which is a really serious condition that… can result in surgery and a shorter life. We were obviously very concerned, but the Dr. told us we would have results from the tests on Monday, so we just had to get through our anxieties for the rest of the weekend and then we would have answers

Please, please, please do not have Lisa Mach examine anyones pets ... she is not compassionate does not returns calls as far as tests she had my furbaby cat suffer do to the care that was recieved .. she gave us no advice when we brought her home wanted to do alot.of test knowing she was sick only looking for money. She dis recommend one can of cat food but gave us no syringes to feed her with... she past away shortly after my family children are devastated by our lost . No emotion.

I took my dog for an emergency because they are right down the street. Even though I wasn’t a client they took us in immediately. The staff and Dr. Mach were compassionate and quick acting. I am so thankful for there quick actions and have become a client. Thank you everyone at RSAH for saving my dog.

I have boarded my dog Hawkeye at River Square for years and he loves it! You've never seen a dog more excited to be at a vet's office and he does not like going to the vet! The staff is so good to him and they have taken great care of him when he's had a few not so good days. You can tell they give him tons of attention! Thanks so much!!!
