Pillar is a 5,000 square-foot coworking space in Lafayette, CA. Founded by two East Bay mothers, Christina Iguodala and Amirh Davis, Pillar was thoughtfully designed to provide a workspace that is both functional and beautiful, with robust amenities including on-site childcare. Pillar offers flexible workspace and membership options, as well as a growing community of entrepreneurs and small businesses coming together in one space.
This plan is perfect for professionals always on the go! 5 day passes a month and access to this amazing community. Enjoy the familiarity of a seat that's only yours, a locked filing cabinet, and a height adjustable desk/ergonomic chair. The more energy you spend on logistics, the less you have for the work that only you can do.
We offer our enterprise clients the support and amenities of a traditional office space with the flexibility to meet your team's individual needs. In addition the full service amenities we offer to all of our members, our agile solutions allow us to scale with your business and handle moves and changes without friction.
Please Note: Due to impacts of the pandemic, we have temporarily reduced our reception hours to end at 4:30pm daily. Members may continue to work onsite until 5:30pm, however, day pass users and guests must exit at this time. A friend of yours is a friend of ours. However, if you don't have a private office that you're renting we ask that your guest's visit doesn't exceed 2 hours.

A special thanks to Amirh and Christina for being such wonderful owners of this gem! I pick up my business mail here and my experience has always been excellent. The facility is beautifully decorated and the location is in the heart of Downtown Lafayette. Staff is excellent and there are no words to describe how thankful I am to discover this place! I've heard very good things about their child care services from some of my clients who live nearby.

Really cute coworking space in the heart of Lafayette. I booked a room for a full day meeting with some coworkers - I do not have a membership. The space was easy to book, clean, and very affordable! In fact, it was half the price of the other meetings rooms I explored in the area. Tech was easy to use. Space was quiet. A quick walk to popular lunch spots like Sideboard.
The staff was also really kind and accommodating - they brought us waters and a little space heater when one teammate got chilly.
Completely worth it and would 100% book again!

I got introduced to Pillar Co-Work back in July 2021. We were searching for a child care for our baby and we stumbled upon Pillar. They have some of the nicest staff to explain and greet you. They are located right off the 24 freeway in Lafayette downtown.
Amirh showed us the Child Care and we were very happy to see how clean, organized and structured their program is. We drop our toddler for half a day presently and work adjoining in their co working space. Miss Yan and Miss Chelsea conduct various activities and take care of the children. They are very sweet.

Pillar Cowork saved my daughter's fifth birthday! Our original, outdoor location became non-viable when heavy rain was suddenly expected. After calling several indoor venues, we decided to go with Pillar. Amirh was amazing to work with. She went the extra mile to help us setup and decorate for the party. The venue ended up being perfect, with all of our guests marveling at how well the party turned out. I highly recommend Pillar for your next event!

We were very pleased with our experience at Pillar. The stylish, minimalistic space was consistently clean and never overcrowded. Despite a few kinks with scheduling and payment, the staff was always kind and responsive. As for the childcare, our son really enjoyed the teachers, fellow kids, and activities.

What a wonderful co-working space & childcare. We've been looking for such concept and are so glad we finally found it. Being able to work in a beautiful place while my son plays in the childcare has been the best experience. The co-work space is perfectly designed and equipped with multiple phone booths and private offices. The childcare is just phenomenal, including the staff, curriculum, and attitude toward children.

Our experience with Pillar was amazing! The convenience of being able to work while my daughter spent the week with Ms. Vanessa in the child care section was unmatched. The entire staff was welcoming and accommodating, and the workspace itself is beautiful! I would highly recommend Pillar to anyone!

I had an amazing experience at Pillar! The staff were responsive and attentive to my needs. My daughter has special needs and they were able to be flexible with what her needs were. I brought my 2 year old daughter here for several months and loved it. The staff at Pillar Kids put together engaging and developmentally appropriate programs every day. I was always able to get some worry-free work done, knowing that my daughter was in great hands.
The Pillar/Pillar Kids staff and ownership were the best - always friendly, very responsive and accommodating.

Mindful Littles recently partnered with Pillar Cowork to host one of our family service learning events where we packed backpacks full of school supplies for local children in need. The space is absolutely beautiful, and the Pillar staff made was incredibly supportive and helpful! In addition to providing us space to host our event, they also donated items for the school supply kits, and went above and beyond in every way. The gorgeous space was perfect for our event, and we can't wait to partner again in the future. We are also hoping to have staff meetings for our organization at Pillar since

The team at Pillar was incredibly helpful when planning for our Mindful Littles Service Learning event - They were even ready to jump in and help the day of! Pillar has been a great space for our startup! We have been renting a private office since June 2020 and recently upgraded to a larger office as we're growing. The monthly lease structure provides great flexibility. The location at the heart of Lafayette downtown is wonderful with a lot of restaurants and grocery shops nearby. Amirh, Christina, and all the community managers are super nice and accommodating. Pillar is definitely the place to go when you want to get work done especially during the COVID time. This place is a saving grace! Getting tired of working from home &/or having your kids distract you every 5 minutes? This is your CoVid sanity solution. I have had a private office here for several months while having my two kids at Pillar Kids. Not only do my kids LOVE Ms. Alexa who runs Pillar kids, but the space is brand new, sparkling clean, & beautiful! This review is coming after many days of working at Pillar. I've loved my experience here and they've done a great job of ensuring health and safety around the space with directional arrows on the floor, signage around the building, seat markers on the tables and desk, and hand sanitizer throughout space. Of course masks are required, and upon arrival they check everyone's temperatures. It's been so nice to get away from home to work in a safe, friendly, aesthetically pleasing environment. There is always someone on sight to help with any issues that may arise which is nice

I have visited Pillar on multiple occasions (pre and post COVID) and I have found that it is the perfect remote work location. The facilities are clean, quiet and comfortable.
Pre COVID: I came here as a respite from the normal day to day whenever I needed to WFH (be it running errands or just not wanting to make the commute to SF)
Post COVID: Now "forced" to WFH, Pillar has been a safe haven for me to work remotely away from my house, yet still local so I can go back home if needed (by my little one). Pillar is my [almost] daily work getaway. Keep up the good work Pillar!!

Pillar is a really great coworking space. I can't recommend it enough. I am a software engineer, just recently leaving a giant tech company to pursue my own startup (and a bunch of other goals). I have a lot of things to do, plan and study. Working from home is just not a viable option anymore.
So I was very excited when I heard about Pillar. I signed up immediately. My productivity has improved since I started working from here.
