This is one of the best Apartments in Amarillo. We’ve had a wonderful experience in the past two years that we’ve lived here. It is centrally located and a close proximity to Schools, the Mall, Medical District and Groceries just to mention a few.The apartments are clean and well maintained by very dedicated and caring employees. The management and staff are friendly, respectful and professional. There are several community based programs that the management organizes to benefit both children and adults as well. Do not rent here I filled out an application and was told I signed a paper saying I forfeit my deposit if I chose not to live there but in order to fill out an application you must leave a deposit. I would not recommend these apartments they are scammers they kept my deposit and I never moved in or signed a lease. Town Parc is out for money they are not renting in good faith.

I have lived at Town Parc for over a year and a half and have been so pleased with my new home. First off, the apartment is so nice and spacious. I love the layout of it and how well taken care of it is. The area is so convenient as well. It’s a very calm neighborhood with minimal disturbances.
However, one of the things I’m most impressed with is the management. The manager is very attentive and courteous with us. From the moment we went for an inquiry into the apartments she has been nothing but accommodating and helpful. Anytime we need something checked or taken care of in our apartment

I lived at these apartments for 6 years. The property was kept clean and maintenance requests were completed on time. As the other reviews said, yes there were kids on the property running and playing, but that isn't the "fault" of the property or management; are they only going to rent for people that don't have kids? No, that's discrimination.....Anyways, the property felt safe and I never had any problems with neighbors or the office staff. The price of the rent and the nice looking property were what drew me to these apartments. When I moved out (bought a house), I didn't have any issues getting

My wife and I are newlyweds and have been living here at Town Parc for about 6 months. We’re very happy; we really can’t complain. The space is perfect for a couple like us and the rate is reasonable. It has everything we need and is cozy. We make an effort to keep it clean and organized, so it always feels new.

Beautiful apartments and they are great prices also located in a wonderful spot. Management is very pleasant as long as you communicate with them. Once I had a lease violation because I had an extremely dirty patio and they gave me a day to clean up when I explained that I had been working do I doubles as a server and everything was cleared up.

The apartments them self are nice, but the MANEGMENT is a joke!!! They will do anything and everything to get money out of you. Oh and when you move out, you don't get your deposit back , they don't even use the deposit towards "damages" they keep the deposit plus try to make you pay for every little extra thing. Anytime anything comes up on our lease agreement that doesn't benefit them, the lady adds on to it, and then makes you initial next to it... so it's pointless to even sign a lease agreement when she just makes her own little notes in there for you to sign.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
