The purpose of the Family Law Firm of K. Perez is to provide the support, advice, and advocacy needed when going through the difficult process that is a divorce or a paternity case. Navigating through the court system can be confusing and time consuming. It can also be an additional stress on an individual that is trying to keep their family together.
Our firm's goal is to provide a client- attorney relationship that goes beyond just being another "client." It is about educating and keeping our client's informed of what's going on in their case. Most importantly, it is about defending and protecting our client's well being, family, and property.

The Law Firm of Family Law Firm of K. Perez was founded in 2018. After working in two family law firms, I decided to take a chance and founded a firm that represented my beliefs about the practice of law.
In addition to Family Law matters, we are now representing clients in Estate Planning (Wills and Trusts, Durable Power of Attorney, Advanced Health Care Directive, HIPAA Authorization & Waiver) and Probate Matters (Guardianships, Conservatorships, Trust Administration).Here we are two years later, welcoming new clients, working hard for our current clients, and staying in touch with past clients.
