*UPDATED* Was going to give them my business based off the good reviews but I called twice and it went to voicemail both times. Bad customer service
They responded with a sarcastic and patronizing remark stating that "Because of Christmas WE AND HALF OF AMERICA are closed." Well if that was the case you should've had your hours adjusted accordingly. :) Way to go Cane Bay Tire and Auto. Sloppy management.

Hands down the best auto mechanic shop that I've worked with. Prices are great. The owner and staff are friendly and very welcoming. When I ask honest questions to understand what's going on with my car, I not only get an honest answer, but a show and tell to explain why. If I could give more than a 5 of 5 rating I would.

Great people, great prices, and great quality service! It had been maybe 15 years since I had let anyone touch one of my vehicles, but I'm glad I started using Cane Bay Tire & Auto for stuff I just don't have time to do lately. They have always done an amazing job, and their prices are the best I have ever seen. I love that they live in my neighborhood as well, as I like to support good small businesses when I can. They'll have my business for as long as they are around.

I was quoted a price elsewhere tripple the price I paid here. I waited an entire 10 minutes max !!! I will never go any place other than here for any car repairs or maintenance. Local family owned business. John and Jennifer are the nicest people, and went out of their way to keep me on the road. The technician I met, Jaden, was very kind and knowledgeable as well. Their prices are fair and the work is solid and guaranteed. If they can't fix it, they will hook you up with someone who can rather than blow smoke and upsell on unnecessary repairs. I trust them to do my car work and will return again. Highly recommend.

(Posting off my husbands account) but I went in to get a huge screw out of my tire and was frantic to get it fixed right away! I spoke with John and his wife, they told me to just come on in and they fixed it within 30 minutes. Good as new. Will be returning!
