This place is garbage. Other then the residents... It seems like this place is just there for profit. This housing is completely run down. The property I looked at, had acaully mold spots coming from the ceiling. I came in the morning and got to see the bus stop for my kids. Let's just say, if I was in mexico... I'd be right at home. I don't really know how they are renting buildings like this, but it's not right.

Well they are changing the fact that they charge late fee's. Like its one month they do and another month they don't. All I wish is that I get a heads up if I have to pay rent for a month ahead of time before im told I owe almost twice my rent do to late fees. To tell you the truth I need to find another place to live this place is trash.

Myra is awesome, geovana is awesome and hank the maintenance man... I give all 3 of them 5 stars. Honestly those 3 people deserve a huge raise. As for the apartments, they are decent. Utilities are included. Nobody else does that. Im solely writing a review based on my experience with robin, She will interrupt you and belittle you and your concerns. And when you show up face to face she’ll tell you to leave because she doesn’t feel safe. I wouldn’t feel safe either if I spoke to people that way. I’m surprised robin still has a job. Until she gets fired my review stays at 2 stars. Idk how

The place is run down. Poor management, incompetent maintenance and "sue happy." They wouldn't let us do a walk through until we paid all the money and takes forever to get things repaired. If this is on the national registry of historical places, they should do a better job beautifying the place. Instead they board up the buildings and no improvements or upgrades are done to keep the integrity of the property.

I been here for 3 weeks now and its ok somewhat it took them for ever to get me in my place they gave me nee everything so yhats a place but. I wanted one with a garage. Then the trash cans or to far to walk too there always over full the land service is horrible and i was told by my neighbor that some one killed them selves in my unit ugh they dont help with pest control. Fml idk. If i want to stay here another year. They need to care more about this place.

Upsides: decent rent, good space with some lawn and attic and patios, more privacy than apartments, management never invades your home with (pest control) nonsense, no one above or below you, quite peaceful at night, a park is 60 seconds nearby.
Downsides: country aspect invites lots of bugs and wildlife, maintenance isn't worth calling for, office could be more competent, you'll have to fight for your deposit back like everywhere else I've lived, neighbors are mostly trashy with tons of unsupervised kids tormenting the place, your cars will likely get messed with, furnaces are ancient, there
