My laptop was infected with all kind of viruses, I couldn't even turn it on. I brought it to Alfa Computer, the staff was very helpful, they explained their procedure to me and took my computer for one day. Next day, they called and told me that it was done! The price they charged me was very good, I also purchased anti-virus software and they installed it for me right in the store.
My computer was infected with some types of virus, every time I logged into Windows, the screen turned back and the computer rebooted itself. Alfa Computer fixed it fast, it only took them 1 day and I had my computer back, running faster than ever too (they did the tune up and clean the inside of my computer at no additional charge).
My Dell Inspiron had a major video card problem, Dell tried everything and determined that I had a software problem, which wasn't covered under my plan. I'm technically clueless (see above) but I wasn't convinced it wasn't a video card problem. So back to Alfa I went. They took it in overnight, ran some tests and confirmed it wasn't software.

I hired Alfa a couple of years ago to assemble a dual boot ubuntu-windows machine from parts I had assembled. The idea was that this was a deep learning box with windows for the occasional game (e.g., Forza Horizon). In January of this year the machine stopped booting and would just cycle the power on and off so I brought it back to Alfa for repairs.
After three months, most of which was spent with these guys ghosting me and complaining that there was a problem with my phone (there wasn't - T-Mobile is still in business), and complaining that they had trouble finding replacement motherboards

I am pretty brave with the Windows user interface and had gone through many attempts to fix my problem. A software app is automatically restarting my PC every couple of hours, even after I uninstalled it.
The Alfa technician tried unsuccessfully to fix the issue, and several others. The only method he used was changing Windows settings.
I was expecting help that went deeper into the registry and Bios because I knew it was not a matter of changing settings. I should have learned more about their approach and tech savvy before I hired them.

Excellent service. Their communication impresses me. I've used this business twice for PC issues that I could not figure out, but they've solved them without putting a hole in my wallet or taking too long. Both times, they've reached out to me by giving me updates on what needs to be fixed, cost to make the necessary fixes, and when to expect the problems to be resolved. Best part is their honesty.

I contacted Alfa Computer on Wednesday night about a broken laptop screen. They ordered the replacement screen and said the part would be in Friday afternoon. I went on Saturday morning and was in and out within 30 minutes! Super friendly service. I'm hoping I won't need more computer repairs but if I do I will be returning to Alfa Computer. :)

Courteous, professional, very helpful with suggestions as to the best sysem to meet my requirements. We've been buying laptops and desktops for business and personal use for many years. My business originally was around the corner from Alfa; and although we moved quite a distance away, we still prefer buying from Alfa! If you want top quality personalized service, you can't go wrong at Alfa.

It was so easy to work with the friendly folks at Alfa Computer! They worked on my MacBook for about a week, and Tan was always quick to respond to my e-mails and questions. Ultimately the computer was a loss (as I was pretty sure it would be), but Tan gave me some ideas on selling it to at least cover the attempted repairs. Glad to have a computer guy in my area that I can trust!

Excellent place. Very friendly, and seemed interested in helping. As a bit of a techie type myself, I can see that these people know their stuff. We had an obscure problem, but they'd seen it before. They were honest, admitting they had no solution to fix it, but helped me through how to reconfigure the device from a backup I had. In the end, after checking the system and discussing it for quite a while, it was only $20. They offered to do it for us if we wanted, and said we could call if we had any problems. It's good to have a tech place that feels personal and will discuss the issues

I had a computer issue for a couple of weeks where I couldn't connect to the internet reliably, and sometimes not at all. I changed my settings and tried everything I could think of. Nothing worked so I decided to bring my pc to Alfa Computer. I was promptly and courteously greeted by a really nice worker and was asked what issue I was having. He immediately hooked it up and helped me troubleshoot. Within minutes he figured out exactly what was causing my woes! Glad to have internet access back in my life! THIS is why I love to help the smaller, independently-owned stores. Forget the big box
