Services
Please note that Hidden Hill RV Park is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience due to our WiFi system. As good as it is, you should still own a personal hotspot if your livelihood depends on 100% full time service. Monthly site rental requires full payment of site rental and deposit prior to move in.
Here's the deal. We want you to enjoy yourselves but you must be respectful of your neighbors. Please know that we're sorry if the following set of rules seem harsh, especially when it comes to kids and guests, but its the only way we can maintain a peaceful place in the Hill Country. Your understanding and help in this endeavor is sincerely appreciated.

We've been full time RVing for about 5 years off and on. While this park doesn't have showers/restrooms, it DOES have a laundry facility, dog park, community garden and the BEST park manager EVER, Auntie Heidi (as we call her). She makes sure we're happy on all fronts, including park mass texts with updates/community park involvement, and any urgent matters like power outages when there's a storm. We get nightly doe momma's that walk past us every night around 5-7pm and mornings between 5-7am.

Quiet location. Mostly long-term customers. This is a "wild" RV Park, not an engineered and manicured one. It will appeal to those of us who delight in deer at our kitchen window, and hundreds of songbirds in our lives. There are no paved sidewalks, or curbed driveways.... thst would be another type of park.. The few amenities (laundry room. WI-FI, fenced dog park, rented storage space, and spaces at a community garden) are well equipped, and professionally built.
Usually available sites are limited, so contact the office to be put on waiting list.

Horrible experience. The management is too prideful to run a good park. The park is nice, but the management is disgraceful. My neighbors power shut off in the dead of summer and the management had the audacity to ask FOR BEER in order to fix his power because “that’s the least you can do”. She tried to kick me out multiple times, once because my cousin came to visit for a couple days, and then she made him very uncomfortable by forcibly hitting on him when requiring his criminal history report (that was $50 just for staying 2 weeks). My husband and I had been accused and threatened of being

Great place. The RV Park is nestled in the natural enviorment of the Texas Hill Country. We appreciate the fact that there are no "short stays." As a result, the neighbors are familiar. This is important--especially for 2020 :) In the same way, Hidden Hill is both clean and quiet. The management ensures these traits remain.

Moved to this park about 5 months ago after an exhaustive search for an RV park to move my 40’ destination RV to. The park I was in kept putting more and more RVs in and did not maintain anything.
I love this park! It’s clean and well kept unlike many I looked at. The roads are well maintained and there is plenty of room for the RV’s. It doesn’t look like row after row of RVs packed in looking like a bunch of sardine cans! It is very well designed to give each person space and privacy!
It’s a quiet park with a lot of beautiful views! I sit outside and watch the sun come up most mornings

Do NOT stay here! The management needs to change. Over the time I stayed here I was constantly harrassed and micro managed. I constantly felt unsecure in the sense that the park would kick me out for a tenant that would stay there for a longer period of time than myself. That put me in a very difficult situation being that it is very difficult to find a camper spot in hill country due to it being a very outdoorsy area. I wish I would have just found another place to have stayed than be treated how that place did myself, my wife and 2 other co workers. You'll regret staying here.

This is an all adult RV park for long term full timers. Bring your own cable/satillite and weed eater for just your space. There is a nice garden area and dog park. Pretty natural surrounding. Reasonable rates. Not as quiet as it used to be with the growth in the area and the all day construction noise from the new spaces they are adding to the park. But more people can live here soon.

I have lived here for 2 years and I love it here. It is quiet and the the mgmtis very good about the security here. Laundry room is kept clean and maintained always. You are able to have as many plants and lawn decorations as you want. Plan to stay here as long as possible. They also have a community garden and dog park, plenty of room to walk. The mng

Hidden Hill RV Park was just what we were looking for when we sold our house and became full timers. Heidi was awesome and always made sure that if anything went awry, she, or one of the maintenance guys had it fixed in a jiffy. One of the draws for us was that it was adults only, which meant peace and quiet with awesome sites and the people who were there when we were, were friendly and always asked us to join them if they were outside grilling etc. Overall, a nice RV park, tucked away in the hill country! I would definitely stay there again.

This is not your average RV Park!
This RV park caters mostly to long-term residents. These sites are well laid out, and there are various types available. I pay a little bit extra for more space. My closest neighbor is over 20 feet away. All sites are shaded and feature lots of trees. There is a large, grassy area to walk your dogs. Overflow parking is abundant and close by. I am a very happy resident. I love it because it's off the beaten path, it's very quiet, there are no children, the other residents are very friendly, and it is very well managed.
I am astounded by the negative reviews. They
