Although we certainly welcome our short term visitors, we cater to long term residents looking for a quiet place to live! We are a work in progress, but our our goal is to be BEST AFFORDABLE RV PARK in the hill country near San Antonio, New Braunfels and Boerne.
Wagon Wheel RV park offers the basic amenities including an updated laundry facility, secure private mailboxes, spacious dog park, complimentary Wi-Fi, as well as asphalt pads and lots of shady spots.Pricing per slot is $400-$450 per month + electricity for most spaces. The electricity is metered individually and charged based on $0.13 / kwh.

The monthly cabin and cottage rentals at Wagon Wheel RV Park are intended for one to two residents and provide affordable monthly to long term rental options without annual contract commitments. All cabins are studio style and include basic furnishings. Residents may also provide their own furniture with management approval.

I’ve spent over a year living at Wagon Wheel RV Park, and although my time there is up, I can honestly say I could not have picked a more perfect place to call home. Wagon Wheel has been an excellent experience across the board- I’ve never had a single complaint, and the park residents are some of the kindest people you could ever hope to call your neighbors.

I lived here for nearly 6 months at this park and it’s clean and quite. Pam the manager is awesome!! Super friendly and helpful!! I would have given this park 5 stars if the internet worked better. The last few months the internet was buffering a lot. From what I was told they will be getting a new provider soon so I hope that improves for future tenants!

Park extremely clean and well kept. We have been here 4 months. We love it. Everyone one is polite and friendly. It is peaceful and quiet. It is conveniently located to all the stores with Family fittness next door and Soring Branch Veterinary Hospital also next door. The dog area is also clean with bags provided. Everyone keeps their area well kept with their own creative personal design. Very homey.
Alot of long term with a mixture of over nighters.
There are cabins here. We do have to pay for electricity. Private mailboxes!
