They need to get new employees for the office especially new management because Kimberly is by far the worst I've ever experienced. Most of the residents get help from the government with rent but if you pay the full amount of rent they still expect you to follow "section 8 housing rules". If I'm paying full price for rent don't tell me who I can and can't have over. It's to the point that they do inspections and if you have clothes on the floor they try to give you a lease violation and tell you you have 24 hours to contact them about the violation or there's a possibility you can get evicted

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The application process was complete hell. The property manager Yara forged signatures in order to keep money even after I didn't sign a lease. If it wasnt for my father & his business profession, she would’ve gotten away with it. Forged documents and dated them before I ever came to apply for the apartment. I wouldn’t recommend at all. She preys on young first time rents and takes their money. Thankful I was able to get mine back.

Me & my daughter moved here about 2 yrs ago.
I absolutely will give this property 5 stars. The office staff are on top of the job, very respectful & very nice people.
Maintenance if I could I would give them 10 stars!!
They're always on top of their job as far as fixing a problem if not that day the very next day first thing. They keep it professional all ways have their boots covered very respectful, they will let you know they've been in your apartment etc. I could go on about maintenance but you get the point. I live in the very front where the grounds are keep very very clean. The pool area

I stayed in a 2 bdrm here for 7 years and I must say the apartment was in perfect condition when I moved in. Very large nice layout, huge microwave in the kitchen. Maintenance was always prompt with any request I put in. Apts are kept up and in a nice location close to 635 and I30. I never saw a bug the whole time I lived there..only minor issue I had towards the end of my stay was that the parking had become a nightmare, thousands of kids running thru breezeways and unemployed people sitting on the stairs looking in my face when I got home from work everyday...more so I wanted to downsize due
