When another transport company cancelled on me last min I contacted Prestige and I needed someone quickly since I was leaving the area. Jane worked all that day and the next day, which was New Years Eve, and was able to find someone, reasonably priced, to deliver the vehicle the next day from Fla to Illinois. Jane was really the best, she epitomizes customer service, she went out of her way to help me. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks Jane. The person that delivered the vehicle was professional and did a great job transporting it.

I was looking to use this company because someone told me that they highly recommend them and they called me and told me the quote and told me they would get back to me first off they never did and I kept calling all morning until I left a message saying I won’t be needing their services anymore and John texted me back saying that I won’t even get my car shipped because I went with another company and telling me that the price they provided me was cheap which in fact it was only 20 less from what prestige was charging me John is very unprofessional and I’m glad I’m not using this company

I had Maryann deliver my car across the country. She did an amazing job- the night I called her (Friday 2pm) I asked her to put in a bid on my car. She said she'd call me back in a couple of hours when she got someone to take my car. She called back less than ONE HOUR later and she had a truck driving directly from where my car was (Wisconsin) to Washington- leaving immediately! It was perfect! I got my car in 4 days. The driver was very nice and did a great job too. I think Maryann knows this industry so well that she knows all the routes and can really hook you up. I would definitely recommend

Prestige was the only legitimate company I spoke to. Every other company either couldn’t hold a conversation with me or lied about their price or having a driver ready. Prestige had a driver lined up before they even called me. They were extremely responsive and their price was fair. Riley was awesome. Upfront about everything and really helped me through the stressful process of auto shipping. She bailed me out of a jam for sure. If you’re looking for a good auto transport option prestige is the only way to go. The reviews speak for themselves. Prestige is the only company with a large amount

After initially going with another company. We had to contact Prestige auto transport because I had no driver.The driver never showed up and out of panic I started to google other transport companies I came across Prestige which looked really good to me so I gave them a call. Riley was so polite and did not take advantage of my situation still gave me a good rate after initially going with another company. Riley got me a driver and my car was picked up the next day and delivered in 3 days. Next time I will just use this company.

This is the first time I ever shipped a vehicle and I was extremely skeptical of the entire system. I research Prestige Auto Transport extensively and found their prices to be lower than most transport companies - which made me even more skeptical. I had a contact through my job and that company quoted me $400 more than Prestige. I read several reviews and decided to go with Prestige - especially after my conversations with Maryanne. Recently I shipped my Tesla ms from Chicago suburbs to Naples,Florida. After some research I picked Prestige Auto Transport in Miami,Florida. Riley was my contact person and she arranged a Chicago based company,Rog Express Inc. Riley assured me that Rog Express is privately owned by a couple and very reliable. I never shipped my cars so I was naturally anxious about it. But, once I spoke to Kathy at Rog Express I was confident that they would do a good job. Piotr and Kathy own the truck and Piotr drove the truck with my car along with 5 other very expensive cars. Of course, it was an enclosed truck
