My 9 x 15 Persian rug needed cleaning after water damage from a broken pipe during the Big Freeze. I'll agree that they are not cheap but they picked up and delivered and my 30 year old rug looks brand new. Very happy with the service.

I find this place very a-Musee-ing.

This is far too expensive for me for carpet cleaning, because I'm more into just don't make it look bad, rather than make it look perfect. This place is supposed to make it look perfect and charges you accordingly, but doesn't do as good of a job as some of the other places that tend to charge this much.

Maybe because it's fancy rates in a bad area, but the service isn't that great, however I do know some happy customers that swear by coming here. But personally I won't be using them.

I brought my white rug in to be cleaned. Only a small portion really needed cleaning. It turned out beige. The rug had been cleaned twice by another company out of town. Each time they cleaned it, it always came out white all over. I took the rug back because it didn't look clean. (I think the cleaned it with other rugs). They said it was cleaned and refused to redo it. I now have to take my rug somewhere else so it will be the same color all over. Not happy with them at all.

My experience with Musee was not great and after reading the other reviews, perhaps they were having an off day when I brought my rug in. I took a wool rug to get cleaned because my dog had several accidents on it as a puppy. I paid what I thought was a reasonable price to have it cleaned, but that price became unreasonable when it was returned to me still smelling like dog urine. Might be my fault for not checking that before leaving with the rug, but I assumed it would at least be marginally improved and that I would be able to use it again. Definitely can't use it in its current state.

Our rescue cats vomited on our silk carpet while we were away. Despite that, Musee was able to get the stain out. They were not cheap, but worth every penny & the customer service is first rate. They even delivered the rug today despite residual snow/ice on the ground.

I'm sure I will use them again.

We had a huge coffee spill on a light colored bamboo silk rug. We called and had the rug in the next day. They were able to get the stain out and clean the entire rug for us and it looks like it did when we first brought it home.

Great customer service, very friendly staff, and great results. I would highly recommend and we will be return customer for sure.

This company is amazing, they cleaned our rug to perfection after a puppy mishap. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable and do excellent work. I can't say enough good things about them.

If you truly treasure your oriental carpets, this is the place you'll have them cleaned and repaired/restored. Azim and his staff are so friendly. Most important, they do all the process the old Persian way, which is by hand. No machines touch your carpets during any of the process. The pricing was very reasonable and the work was done on time, with Azim calling to give you a progress/status. The repair work done was amazing. The cleaning unbelievable how vibrant the colors become after a proper cleaning. Also had thick pads custom cut for each carpet. These are not the standard over
