Waco RV Park
Whether you want to visit the Magnolia Silos, Baylor University, or just enjoy a relaxed country setting, Waco RV Park is the place to stay. If you like large, beautiful trees and wide-open green space, you will love Waco RV Park. Cradled in its own pocket of undisturbed Texas landscape, with Shaw Creek circling its border, it offers the rare combination of country and convenience.

We are a casual, inviting slice of nature all with full hookups for both 30 and 50 amps. We are a small family-owned park. We host daily, short-term and longer-term campers. We are not fancy and don't have some of the amenities that the big parks have, but if you want to enjoy your time here, you will.

We tried to get reservations here since their website looked like it was a nice and quiet park. We were sold on going with the major perk of them having a pool. When we arrived, they denied our reservation which turned out to be a blessing since the park was horrendous! The pool was drained (website needs to be updated), grounds were unkept, saw many signs for "beware of dog". We have littles ones and I don't want to worry about a dog getting loose. Overall, I'm glad we didn't stay at this one. Do beware of the website, looks way better than it is.

The people running the park are very nice and polite. Unfortunately the park is not in great shape. It needs a lot of work, as lots of areas are muddy and pull throughs are not level.

This is very run down, bad roads, junky sites that are occupied by full timers and nothing against full timers since we are full timers. Lot of traffic noise

Great place I stayed there 11 months while I was working at the nearby wind farm the management is great my neighbours were great. Nothing super fancy the pool was open for a little while in the summer. Plenty of Room for dogs to run around and for kids to play. They just redid the roads. My only downfall is in the rainy seasonPart of the RV park is in a low spot and The water can get pretty high. But all in all a great place great price.

Waco RV Park has been great to us for years. Shannon was particularly excellent to us during our last stay.
Here’s the summary of what you need to know:
1. This is the closest RV Park to the Silos, Waco and Baylor campus.
2. They run an easy, straightforward operation. You won’t be pampered with every possible amenity, and that is reflected in the cost of your stay.
3. A previous manager started letting things slip and they corrected it (and for what it’s worth, I enjoyed him).
4. Shannon and the crew want to do right by you (I’ll spare you the minutiae, but it’s true).
5. If it’s

Clean quiet and affordable. We stayed for a couple of months and really enjoyed our time. The manager was super helpful! Had plenty of room on our site for our 40' rig, the car and trailer. Very pet friendly and clean facilities. I do wish they offered wifi and cable but otherwise very happy with our stay

I have done a lot of posting for Google , and I've never written such a long comment. Please take the time to read it if you're going to stay at Waco RV Park .
Just stayed two nights at Waco Park RV in Waco Texas. I am trying to figure out how this park managed to get four stars! This park is designed for people who don't have a house and are working. It is an extremely quiet Park, however, you are right on the highway and enjoy the cacophony of trucks going through the night plus a bonus of a train who likes to blow its horn . There are a couple of sites available for travelers going through

I absolutely love this place and we have been here for almost 2 weeks now! Our 2 dogs and baby love it here! There are open fields for them to run around and play. The pool just opened and it is very neat and kept up well. The grass is mowed often in all fields. The manager is wonderful and is always willing to help at any given moment!! Our neighbors had a sewer leak and had no intentions of fixing it and so we told the manager about it and he literally got in his truck that second, went to the store purchased a sewer hose, lime, and soil. Came back and had it done in less than 30 mins!! So respectful

I have stayed in multiple high end RV parks and several rough ones due to availability. Waco RV Park is your average every day stay. It isn't the largest, it doesn't have all of the amenities, but if you are looking for a clean park, good people next to you, a great Manager who works with people, like you are an actual human being and not a number, this is your place! I have stayed here for almost 6 months solid and the staff takes care of me and they listen to any problems you might have and they do have a pool! Small drive into Waco with a great country feel and small town sense of dealing business
