The Brazos River RV Park is a nature and water lovers paradise. Stretching along the Brazos River, we are located just ten miles north of Waco and eight miles from the quaint town of West. Nearby Baylor University, is a short fifteen minute drive away. We are conveniently located near some of Texas biggest cities: Only a two hour drive from Austin, and an hour and a half hours from, both, Dallas and Fort Worth.
Our property includes more than forty RV spaces, most with water, electricity and sewer. On site we have a spacious clubhouse, an outdoor pavilion, various tent sites, restrooms and showers. Our registered guests have access to our 1,500 square feet Clubhouse. It has a fully equipped kitchen and restrooms.

A lovely campground with nice, helpful manager and residents. On the river, a local living there says good fishing. Many trees with shaded campsites. They welcomed us tent camping on a Harley. Nice bathhouse. There are laundry and Rec rooms but we didn't check them out. A little far from the freeway but glad to sleep without freeway noise. We will visit again. Updated September 2021. We did visit again, this time an overnight in our hybrid travel trailer. We had a nice tree shaded site close to the river. This is now our routine stopover when traveling I-35 to or from our home in the Rio Grande

Nice, friendly staff. We got a nice spot near the road to the river, #31. Clean, but small restrooms with hot showers and has laundry facility. Park also has small tank/pond. Covered pavilion for large gatherings and a club house. Lots of open space to walk dogs, with leash, of course. Overall nice place to stay/get away.

We dropped in during spring break week of ‘19 and were given a warm welcome by Karen and a young man who was helping her. The park is super quiet with a nice mix of long time renters and the casual RV’ers who come and go. If you are looking for something to relax, fish, walk the river and watch the sunset - this is a great place to stay!
