One night stay. Arrived during a torrential rain storm. Camp manager lead us to our site and gave excellent directions to position us so we didn't have to unhook from our tow vehicle. He even provided leveling items and quickly leveled the trailer and then assisted with electric hookup, all while the rain poured down.

WOW! First of all.. it was a last minute 3 day trip ... they were the only park that answered on a Saturday. I spoke to Emily, Mark the owner is her father... can't even begin to tell you how accommodating they were from first contact and during our entire time with them. Helping us get our Cable working... checking on us... it was amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! What a pleasure to see such pride and dedication at a place of business!

We spent a few nights here while visiting Magnolia. We’re new to RV’ing and the owner, Mark, was gracious enough to help us back-in as we’ve only been to pull-through sites so far. The site itself was great. They really weren’t ready for our arrival, but they cleaned up the space just as soon as we were parked. Glad we didn’t have to wait. Mark was super friendly - a really nice guy .Wi-fi was awesome. It was right next to expressway so it could be loud. It was hot, so we couldn’t hear anything except for our AC. Wished they were up with technology so we could have booked online. We

I'M NOT SURE THE PEOPLE THAT WROTE THESE REVIEWS FELT SORRY FOR THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE, OR DON'T UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT OF REVIEWS. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TRUE SO OTHERS DON'T HAVE TO WASTE TIME, EXAGERATING THE TRUTH HURTS ALL CUSTOMERS. We have stayed all around the United States in several RV Parks, and my experience with North Crest RV Park is rated at the bottom of our list, this place is trashy and looks like a storage area for construction materials, the water pressure was terrible, the WiFi didn't work. First of all, I will say I am not a customer, as in I've never stayed here. But hear me out,
I've been panicking looking for an RV lot because I NEED to move up there soon. Although the Gentleman on the phone could not get me in here, every time I called, (and I called many times, I REALLY needed a lot) he took extra time to recommend near by RV parks that he knew had some vacancy. To me that is just outstanding customer service, but the catch is I was not even a customer.
They were just providing a helping hand to someone in need. I unfortunately did not get the chance to do business

This no-frills RV park is perfect for those visiting the Waco area. Whether you're planning on going to a Bears game or shopping at Magnolia Market, the location of this park can't be beat. The manager was friendly, helpful, and the perfect host. We now have a new favorite place to take our RV when in the area.

It is very nice to have laundry and propane on site. The site has a very nice concrete slab with a table, grill and plenty of room to set up my outdoor living furniture. Easy on and off interstate access. Major retail and restaurants are very close. The park owner even offered to back my 43' toy hauler in and it was parked much faster than I could have done it. Plenty of shade and the park is very well maintained. Definitely a park I'll come back to.

The park itself is nice. It is not quiet due to the freeway, nor is there anything for little kids to do, which is fine. If I was just rating the park it would get 4 stars. I read a review about North Crest saying the park manager was rude and they had to walk on eggshells around him the whole time. We should have listened to that review and stayed clear of this park.
He gave us a hassle about wanting to stay for the week after agreeing for one night. My husband was more than willing to move spots or if we needed to pack up and go a different campground we would. The manager huffed and puffed

Excellent. The lots were perfectly maintained with well-spaced leveled concrete, more expensive picnic tables and wood shade. We could see how passionately the owner was maintaining. Even the owner's office was impressively decorated and my kids loved visiting there. Probably, one of the most well-maintained RV parks we've ever been in 6yrs of traveling.

This place is truly a hidden gem. We didn’t originally book this campground for our Waco stay but ended up switching to this campground. Couldn’t be happier. Super friendly owners & very accommodating. The laundry facility was great. They even have two commercial washers and one dryer which is great for our large linens while being on the road a while. The road traffic is a major concern for some, but our rig blocked out the noise. Plus we sleep with a fan so it wasn’t a issue. Great Verizon service so we could use our hotspot for tv & work. Highly recommended!

Very quiet shaded rv park. Was pleasantly surprised by all the trees and large concrete slabs. The owner was very welcoming and informative. Park is right off the freeway which my mom loves cause the sounds of the highway are soothing to her. Very close to everything. Really enjoyed our two night stay. Clean restrooms!

Owner is very unethical & dishonest. He starts off pretending to be nice & accommodating then flips on you. He is a strange fellow to put it nicely.
The RV park might be nice but walking on eggshells with him daily isn't worth staying there. There's many other nice places in Waco to park. He will make your time there miserable & stressful.

I rarely give 5 stars. This park, like every thing else is not for every one but it is better than many. I'm a big fan of concrete slabs. This park has many. The laundry is a little funky but easy for everyone to access. The roads are gravel but very smooth. Freeway noise is worse than some but railroad noise almost non-existent. I like trees and space between myself and neighbors. This park has both. I like outdoor picnic tables and BBQ's. This park had both, some like new. Easy access-- three roads/ driveways. Best access is off frontage Rd. The owner, Mark, is a prince. A very nice

I have only been traveling in my new RV for over a year, but have managed to visit quite a variety of RV parks. I came to Waco from Denver to visit the Chip and Joanna Gaines Empire. I was planning on staying at a place on the lake but it was closed because of flooding. I would say that wS a very lucky break for me. The park is conveniently located and getting to Magnolia Table and the Silos was very easy. Park Mark ( the owner) was so helpful and pleasant and funny. The park is so nicely set up under trees and on winding roads so u are not lined up like so many other parks. And marks office, that
