Adrianna has been great. I do my exercising at home so it has been helpful to have her correct my form. The workouts she creates for me are challenging and include a mix of new and familiar moves using the equipment that I have. She helps me to push myself to lift heavier and go longer without injuring myself. She helped me target muscles that I have been wanting to improve. She introduced me to tracking Macros and how to increase my protein. Adrianna is a lovely person and a great trainer. I have enjoyed all of my sessions with her!

I have been working with Adrianna for 5 weeks now. She is such an amazing trainer. She knows what she's doing...I've lost 10 lbs and toned up sooo much in only 5 weeks. I see her 3 times a week for an hour. She actually makes up different workouts for each individual client...no assembly line work here. She shows up prepared and consistently every time. Customer for life here :)

I've been working with Adriana for about a month and a half.
I think I'm a pretty unique situation, first of all I had been bed bound for a 3 months earlier this year (due to a complication with a tumor treatment), I'm missing lots of bone/muscle/other tissue in my gluteus maximus area (due to surgeries relating to the tumor), and I'm just pretty overweight :(.
While weight loss and 'looking better' is important to me .... my main goal was/is to increase my stamina/strength. I could hardly get up stairs to my bedroom when I started with her. And I can actually

Adrianna is such an amazing trainer. I have been in the fitness industry for a very long time and she comes up with the most creative workouts that are tailored to your fitness goals and needs.
